Your session begins with a flight of your choosing – Gin, Sweet or Dark – each pouring three house-distilled spirits with mixers, ice and garnishes so each pour is yours to shape. Expect Just Juniper Gin, a cask-aged Bond Store Whisky or a house-made Summertime Limoncello, depending on which route you take.
