    • Herb crusted chicken breast with heirloom carrots, crispy potatoes, enoki mushroom and mushroom sauce (contains dairy)
    • Grilled market fish with braised broccolini, heirloom tomatoes, fennel & orange salad and beurre noisette
    • Classic Italian gnocchi with spinach, sage pesto and broccolini heads (gluten-free, vegetarian and can be made vegan)
  • Dessert (alternate serve):
    • Pistachio hazelnut Paris-brest with pistachio caquelin, hazelnut creme, choux pastry and candied nuts (vegetarian, contains tree nuts)
    • Hawaii Island with vanilla short crust, coconut lime caramel, pineapple mousse, streusel (vegetarian, contains tree nuts)
