X10 Khaolak Resort

Perfectly positioned along the serene coastline of Khao Lak, the tranquil X10 Khaolak Resort is ideal for a rejuvenating tropical stay. The vibrant city of Phuket and its exciting nightlife is a 90-minute drive away.

The resort is a 70-minute drive from Phuket International Airport (HKT). Airport transfers are included in select packages, please see Fine Print and plan accordingly.

Valid for travel from 15 May 2025 until 23 December 2026 (bookings must be made before 30 September 2026).

7-Day Change of Mind ‘No Questions Asked’ Refund Guarantee: Things don’t always work out. Our 7-day Change of Mind Guarantee is there to help. Bookings (except for cruise bookings, flights and deposit fee, if applicable, which are subject to the cancellation terms of the relevant supplier) may be cancelled with a full refund provided that cancellation occurs strictly within 7 days from the date of purchase and provided that the cancellation is made no less than 14 days prior to the check-in date. Excludes flight and service fee, if applicable.

• Cancellations outside of the 7-Day Change of Mind period will not be provided, except as required by Australian Consumer Law, your local law or as otherwise provided for in the Fine Print.

Flexible Cancellation: You can cancel your booking for credit up until 21 days prior to the original check-in date. This can be done via self-service in your ‘My Escapes’ account. Your credit will be valid for 12 months from the date of cancellation. Credits are not transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash. Excludes service fee, if applicable.

Please note this does not apply to flights booked with us. Flight fulfilment is provided by the airline(s) selected at the time of finalising the booking. For your air travel, you are bound by the terms and conditions and fare rules of the selected airline(s).

Date Changes: If you need to amend your booking, you can self-service unlimited date changes in your ‘My Escapes’ account up until 21 days before your original check-in date. If you can’t find a suitable date, or still need further assistance, please contact our 24/7 customer service team. Subject to availability and surcharges.

Please Note:

• Dining inclusions do not include drinks (unless otherwise stated). Menus are subject to change without notice.
• Daily breakfast is an American buffet breakfast, served at The Main Restaurant from 6.30am to 10.30am daily.
• Kids’ Club is open from 9am to 5pm daily. Children must be between four and 12 years of age to use the Kids’ Club.
• The included cocktails can be redeemed from the standard menu any time during opening hours of the Main Bar.
• Included massage is a choice of a 60-minute Thai or 60-minute oil massage. Advance bookings are essential.
• Set-menu lunches or dinners are a la carte meals from a semi-restricted menu, served at The Main Restaurant from 12pm to 3.30pm (lunch) or 6pm to 10pm (dinner). Evening meals may be served as a buffet at the hotel’s discretion.
• The included cooking class can be booked daily from 12pm and lasts approximately two to three hours. The class will consist of a tour of the X10 Vegetable Garden, along with harvesting of vegetables, ingredient preparation and cooking of a three-course meal featuring a soup, starter and main course. The class will finish with lunch at The Main Restaurant, where guests will enjoy the food they have cooked. Guests will also be presented with a cooking certificate and a picture with the head chef.
• Please note, the pool closest to the beach is adults-only. Children below 16 years of age are not allowed in it.
• The resort has a shuttle bus service to Khao Lak centre and Bang Niang. A fee of THB50 per person will be applied per person, per trip, payable directly to the resort. For shuttle bus tickets, please contact the Front Desk 30 minutes prior to the departure time.
• Fire Show takes place at the resort on every Saturday night. It is complimentary.

Return Airport Transfers Inclusions & Fine Print

• Includes: A return airport transfer, basic English-speaking driver, airport parking fee, toll fee and one bottle of water per person.
• You will be emailed an online form to book your date and time within one to two days of purchase.
• Keep an eye out for an email from luxuryescapes@icstravel.com.
• Rates are per car, one way.
• A three-passenger car can fit three pieces of luggage. A six-passenger car can fit six pieces of luggage.
• The driver will wait for a delay of up to one hour. After that point, the transfer will be considered cancelled.
