Awesome experience, polite and smiling staff. Clean and equipped with amenities huge rooms. Massive restaurants with scrumptious food options even for vegetarians. Definitely highly recommend this place for peace and beautiful scenic views. Worth every penny spent here, thank you for beautiful memories❤️🙏😇

My friend and I recently enjoyed a two-day, one-night staycation at the WM Hotel. We were assigned a room in the Peak Tower, which was spacious and comfortable. While the two single beds were a bit small individually, the room itself was quite nice. I was particularly pleased with the spacious bathroom with a bathtub. But the room only provided one set of towels, and additional toiletries (toothbrush and toothpaste) were available for a nominal HKD 10 fee. The small balcony offered a limited view, but thankfully we were blessed with beautiful weather and clear blue skies. The soundproof balcony door was a definite plus, effectively blocking out the noise from a neighboring party. Both the dinner and breakfast buffets were excellent, with a surprisingly wide and delicious selection of food. Overall, we had a pleasant stay.

The best thing is the unlimited filter water in the room, no plastic bottles 🫡 The bathroom was decently sized. My room is 50% facing the sea view. Quiet at night. Comfortable light and size of the balcony. I asked for a king size bed but got sent to double bed room. 2 room service staff came help to fix and done in 10 minutes. Very clean, no smell, hair or dirts is found. The mirror is very bright and friendly for people who do make up. I wonder why the socket only allow UK plug for an international city of IHG group, which never happen in Macau hotels. The concierge is quite messy, documents are all around which I can see personal info on documents, it’s poorly designed for staff. Nothing about the staff. I overheard that the system was down as well. Management issue.

This trip is for celebrating our anniversary, I request for a champagne or a cake for celebration, but hotel staff said “did not have “ But can provide simple decorations. I booked 1 bed room, but I don’t know why provided me a 2 bed room and without any decoration. The room are clean and tidy, walk distance to market and seaside. Swimming pool locating in the rooftop with great view, but I found quite long time coz quite hard to find the entrance. I asked 2 staff where the swimming pool. One said she don’t know, another one said get the lift ,but there is 2 lift, I get the wrong one! The staff just looking at us and didn’t provide any help. The breakfast are just so so, not much special. U can try outside in sai kung city with more budget price. So to be concluded, staffs at this hotel need more trainings about customer service and passion on their works. They look like unconcerned. I spent 3k HKD in one night as I m a local resident, I felt not worth about with this services in such a luxury hotel. The hardware of this hotel is ok, but just staffs are lack of service training, they even don’t know what is “service” in warm ways.
