Positioned on the picturesque Coral Coast, Warwick Fiji is a leafy tropical haven encompassed by the sparkling turquoise waters of the Pacific Ocean. Ideally situated for both relaxation and adventure, the resort is within a 45-minute drive from the Sigatoka Sand Dunes National Park, Kula Wild Adventure Park and traditional Fijian villages. It’s also a 10-minute drive to the serene Biausevu Waterfall, a must-see stop in the area.

The resort is located approximately a two-hour drive from Nadi International Airport (NAN). Return airport transfers are included in select packages only, please see the Fine Print for details.

7-Day Change of Mind ‘No Questions Asked’ Refund Guarantee: Things don’t always work out. Our 7-day Change of Mind Guarantee is there to help. Bookings (except for cruise bookings, flights and deposit fee, if applicable, which are subject to the cancellation terms of the relevant supplier) may be cancelled with a full refund provided that cancellation occurs strictly within 7 days from the date of purchase and provided that the cancellation is made no less than 14 days prior to the check-in date. Excludes flight and service fee, if applicable.

• Cancellations outside of the 7-Day Change of Mind period will not be provided, except as required by Australian Consumer Law, your local law or as otherwise provided for in the Fine Print.

Flexible Cancellation: You can cancel your booking for credit up until 21 days prior to the original check-in date. This can be done via self-service in your ‘My Escapes’ account. Your credit will be valid for 12 months from the date of cancellation. Credits are not transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash. Excludes service fee, if applicable.

Please note this does not apply to flights booked with us. Flight fulfilment is provided by the airline(s) selected at the time of finalising the booking. For your air travel, you are bound by the terms and conditions and fare rules of the selected airline(s).

Date Changes: If you need to amend your booking, you can self-service unlimited date changes in your ‘My Escapes’ account up until 21 days before your original check-in date. If you can’t find a suitable date, or still need further assistance, please contact our 24/7 customer service team. Subject to availability and surcharges.

Please Note:

• Dining inclusions do not include drinks (unless otherwise stated). Menus are subject to change without notice.
• Daily buffet breakfast is served at Bula Brasserie from 7am.
• Daily buffet lunch is served at Bula Brasserie from 12pm to 2pm. (all-inclusive packages only)
• Nightly buffet dinner is served at Bula Brasserie from 6pm to 9pm. Alternatively, guests can receive a FJ$50 voucher per person, per night for dinner at Sazanami, Pappagallo or Wicked Walu (13+ only), including one soft drink per person. No refunds or credits will be given for unused meals during your stay and these cannot be accumulated for credits or used towards drinks.
• Guests will receive two vouchers upon check-in for the one-time cocktails, eligible for any standard cocktail, to be redeemed at any restaurant or bar during opening hours.
• For the two daily cocktails (all-inclusive packages only), guests will receive vouchers upon check-in. Only two vouchers may be used per day, and cocktails cannot be accummulated. Valid for any standard cocktail, available at any onsite venue during operational hours.
• Unlimited daily free-flow drinks (all-inclusive packages only) include soft drinks, filtered water, local beer, house wine and local spirits, available at any bar or restaurant from 10am to 10pm. Minibar drinks are not included.
• Kids eat free only applies to dining at Bula Brasserie. A kids’ menu is available at Pappagallo for a surcharge, but if guests choose to dine at Pappagallo, children are entitled to the kids’ buffet at Bula Brasserie as it is located adjacent.
• For the included massages, guests can choose any 30-minute massage from a select menu at the Warwick Spa, open daily from 9am to 9pm. Advance reservation is essential.
• The one-time Sigatoka shopping trip and glass-bottom boat ride are included for two children (12 years and under).
• For the one-time Sigatoka shopping trip, resort pick-up and drop-off is included. Advance reservation is essential.
• Complimentary resort activities include use of the fitness centre, tennis courts, squash courts, billiards table and table tennis.
• Complimentary use of non-motorised water activities includes kayaks, snorkelling, stand-up paddleboarding, and beach and pool volleyball.
• Children aged 3 to 12 have complimentary access to the Kids’ Corner, open daily from 9am to 9pm.
• Included children’s meals must be ordered from the kids’ menu.

Return Airport Transfers Inclusions & Fine Print (select packages only)

• Includes: A return airport transfer in an air-conditioned vehicle, basic/sufficient English-speaking driver, one bottle of water per person.
• Tour Managers Fiji will be in touch within two business days to book your desired date.
• Any bookings received within 48 hours of the date of service will be subject to the availability of vehicles. If Tour Managers Fiji is unable to provide this transfer, we will provide you with alternative options.
• Infant seat must be prebooked with an additional charge of FJ$18. Alternatively, guests can bring their own if they advise Tour Managers Fiji in advance.
• Postponements due to flight delays where service is re-booked for a later date or time will incur no fees.
• Waiting time charges: For the 1st hour, 50% of the transfer rate will be charged. For more than 2 hours, an additional 50% of the transfer rate will be charged for every additional hour.
• There is a limit of one standard-size suitcase allowed per person. Any excess luggage such as surfboards, golf bags, wheelchairs and the like is subject to an additional cost per piece of excess luggage.
• For any late bookings within 24 hours, please contact Luxury Escapes customer service immediately.
• Call or contact Tour Managers Fiji to reconfirm pick-up and drop-off details for the return journey, should this be booked with Tour Managers Fiji.
• Cancellations are entitled to a full refund if made 21 days before departure.
