Super convenient location, very cute hotel. The staff is amazing--everyone is kind and genuinely wants to give you a great experience. The rooms are NYC sized, but laid out really thoughtfully. The on site bars are great.

Stayed July 2025. Rooms are compact but stylish and super clean. Exactly what you need in NYC since you’re out all day anyway. The location is fantastic and made getting around a breeze. Huge shout-out to the front desk team on the morning of July 12 (around 7–9am) who helped me with a last-minute room request - so kind, efficient, and genuinely lovely. Would happily stay again.

Loved this hotel. The room was small but that’s to be expected in NYC. It had everything we needed and was still cute. Location is great but as it’s so central just bring ear plugs -again to be expected! The rooftop bar is a must visit and we didn’t make it to the speakeasy but I would imagine it would have been great. Also wanted to give a special shoutout to Kayla on the front desk who was so helpful and kind, she made the check in/out experience stress free so thank you!

This hotel for me is the epitome of a mixed bag. The beds are large and the sheets are very comfy and nice. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Having said that, there’s a lot of challenges, at least for me, in staying here. The room was extremely small, even for Manhattan. The light pollution is terrible as the hotel faces a very well lit street and the shades are extremely inadequate to block out the light. There’s a lot of noise outside as well, again that’s common for New York City but a better hotel has thicker windows to block that out. There was some broken equipment in the gym, and at one point, they tried to kick me out of the gym so they could use it for storing luggage. I asked to finish my workout first, and they accommodated that, but I didn’t like being asked to leave the gym. I will say that the hotel is very clean, and the bathrooms are very nice. There are some things to like, but overall, I wouldn’t recommend it.
