Vouk Hotel & Suites

Vouk Hotel & Suites is situated in the upscale Sawangan area of Nusa Dua. Just a short walk away is Geger Beach, known for its pristine sands and calm waters, and guests can visit the nearby Geger Temple, a sea temple offering ocean views. For shopping and dining, the Bali Collection shopping complex is a brief drive from the hotel, providing a variety of retail outlets and restaurants. The hotel is located approximately a 25-minute drive from Bali’s I Gusti Ngurah Rai International Airport (DPS). Airport transfers are included in select packages, please plan accordingly.

Compulsory New Year’s Gala Dinner: For stays on 31 December, an additional surcharge of IDR1,000,000 per adult (12+) and IDR500,000 per child (6–11) applies for the compulsory New Year’s Gala dinner. Payable directly to the hotel/resort.

Blackout Dates & Surcharges: A non-refundable surcharge per room, per night may apply, payable at the time of booking. Dates and prices are identified in the Booking Calendar. Blackout dates may apply.

7-Day Change of Mind ‘No Questions Asked’ Refund Guarantee: Things don’t always work out. Our 7-day Change of Mind Guarantee is there to help. Bookings (except for cruise bookings, flights and deposit fee, if applicable, which are subject to the cancellation terms of the relevant supplier) may be cancelled with a full refund provided that cancellation occurs strictly within 7 days from the date of purchase and provided that the cancellation is made no less than 14 days prior to the check-in date. Excludes flight and service fee, if applicable.

• Cancellations outside of the 7-Day Change of Mind period will not be provided, except as required by Australian Consumer Law, your local law or as otherwise provided for in the Fine Print.

Flexible Cancellation: You can cancel your booking for credit up until 21 days prior to the original check-in date. This can be done via self-service in your ‘My Escapes’ account. Your credit will be valid for 12 months from the date of cancellation. Credits are not transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash. Excludes service fee, if applicable.

Please note this does not apply to flights booked with us. Flight fulfilment is provided by the airline(s) selected at the time of finalising the booking. For your air travel, you are bound by the terms and conditions and fare rules of the selected airline(s).

Date Changes: If you need to amend your booking, you can self-service unlimited date changes in your ‘My Escapes’ account up until 21 days before your original check-in date. If you can’t find a suitable date, or still need further assistance, please contact our 24/7 customer service team. Subject to availability and surcharges.

• Dining inclusions do not include drinks (unless otherwise stated). Menus are subject to change without notice.
• Daily buffet breakfast at Rasa Restaurant is served 6.30am to 10.30am.
• Daily choice of lunch or dinner at Rasa Restaurant can be chosen from a set menu or served family-style.
• Complimentary shuttle service to Geger Beach is based on the hotel’s schedule.

Tropical Temptation Beach Club Inclusions & Fine Print

• Includes: Free entrance to Tropical Temptation Beach Club in the First Party Area including one cocktail or mocktail per adult per day of entry and a 35% discount on minimum spend for upgrades including VIP area and cabanas.
• Tropical Temptation Beach Club is located in Uluwatu.
• Transport to and from the beach club is not included, however can be arranged for a fee by emailing luxuryescapes@icstravelgroup.com or via WhatsApp +62 811 3960 6800.
• Guests must present their Luxury Escapes booking confirmation on entry (subject to availability).
• Minimum age for entry is 10 years. Children under the age of 10 years will be unable to enter the venue. Children are not allowed in the pool area after 5pm, after which time children are only permitted in the lounge area and must be supervised by an adult at all times.
• Luxury Escapes highly recommends pre-booking your preferred date and time online prior to arrival to avoid disappointment (IDR30,000 online booking fee applies – approximately A$3). The booking process is:

• Access to Canna Bali is permitted one time at any stage during your stay.
• This experience is valid for the number of guests included in your Luxury Escapes Bali stay

• No food and beverages from outside are permitted.
• Seating and tables (such as lounges, daybeds etc.) at Canna Bali are not included in the entry fee and must be pre-booked (surcharges apply).
• Must be 21+ years for alcohol consumption and provide valid ID upon request.
• Children under 18 must be accompanied by a paying adult guardian aged 18+. Children must be supervised at all times.
• Canna Bali is located in Nusa Dua.

• On the day of your visit, please be ready prior to pickup time at your hotel with your purchase number and booking information. You will be provided with a voucher to redeem your drink choice.
• For packages with return transfers: if you wish to take advantage of the Luxury Escape departure lounge, please email luxuryescapes@icstravelgroup.com in advance to confirm your preferred departure transfer pickup location.

Return Private Airport Transfers Inclusions & Fine Print (select packages only)

• Includes: A return private airport transfer, basic/sufficient English-speaking driver, airport parking fee, toll fee and one bottle of water per person.
• You will be emailed an online form to book your date and time within one to two days of purchase. Keep an eye out for an email from luxuryescapes@icstravel.com.
• Rates are per car, one way.
• A three-passenger car can fit three pieces of luggage. A six-passenger car can fit six pieces of luggage.
• One infant seat can be pre-booked free of charge for the first seat. Additional seats will be charged IDR50,000 per additional seat required. Guests may bring their own infant seat.
• The driver will wait for a delay of up to one hour. After that point, the transfer will be considered cancelled.
