My friend and I booked the twilight spa deal, 3 hours at a small but lovely spa and a 3-course dinner. The spa was a nice area with a swimming pool, sauna, steam room and loungers. The 3-course dinner was absolutely delicious! Anastasia took really good care of us, always ready to assist and always with a smile 😊 overall great experience, we'd definitely come again

We loved this hotel. Really comfy beds, nice rooms, friendly staff. A lovely breakfast. My only comment being not all of us like scrambled egg, so would have been nice to be able to ask for eggs cooked in a different way. Cappuccino out of the machine wasn't great either.

Excellent sized room with two large beds and plenty of space for my family. The room was extremely clean, and I was really happy to see that the bathroom had hand and body cream and conditioner. The hotel is located on the stadium grounds and very close to a handy retail park with a few places to eat. The gym is great with lots of machines and weights, the pool is large with sauna and steam room. I would have preferred not to have to book a time slot in the pool.

Restaurant manager Adam is disgusting! Rooms were spacious but quite basic and not as clean as they should be. Quite tired. The restaurant is the biggest problem (especially the awful manager Adam): we got there in the evening with our large group including 6 children, to be told our table reservation was cancelled but they wouldn't say why. No one notified us. Adam tried to put us at the bar (even though the restaurant was empty) we refused as, a) we didn't think it was appropriate at all with kids, b) none of us drink. He then magically put us on one of the many empty tables. The waitresses were nice but were unfortunately hindered by their horrible manager. We ordered 6 kids desserts and 4 adults, they only bought out 3 kids desserts. We kept telling them that 3 children were still waiting for their dessert (our 2 year old was crying for his ice-cream by now) but the manager, Adam kept coming out, counting the deserts and going back, then came out and claimed they had given us all of our desserts! When questioned where they were then and why some of our children were sat there without their desserts, he wouldn't answer us and still insisted the kitchen had sent them out. It was the most bizarre interaction and the waitress looked embarrassed. I asked him if he was insinuating that we'd hidden these desserts and were making our kids suffer just for fun. He just looked gormless. I don't know how this guy has made it there as a manager but he couldn't be trusted to manage a toothbrush in my opinion. Awful experience!
