The hotel and rooms are not brand new but they are clean and well maintained. I wanted to take a moment to write this review because we loved every second of our stay. The location was so convenient especially with the tram stop right outside the hotel. The breakfast was amazing!!!! But the staff were the standout for us they just went above and beyond. We arrived at 11;00 AM and were able to immediately access our room. We had late check out until 2:00 PM and on the day we were leaving our daughter was unwell so we were given a key to access the games room so she could relax in there until we had to leave to get our flight. We then had a staff member wheel all our bags over to the tram stop for us. It was a really pleasurable stay with great value for money

Well located just by the Tram Station. Really friendly welcome at reception on the best in IHG bed of Hotels. The bed was comfy, with quality products in the Bathroom, and a great view from the windows. From a value point of view excellent. Good amenities, laundry room, gym and pool make this hotel stand out. But, Breakfast was chaotic, people jumping the queue, staff over worked, and no team leader on site. At one stage they ran out of cutlery, I had to suggest to a member staff to go to the grill across the hall and get some from there. Although, as a Diamond Status, Breakfast is free, I thought the range quality (Bacon awful) was not worth the price tag. Apart from the Breakfast, excellent stay.

Rooms and location is great. In the heart of surfers Paradise almost. 5 min walk to the beach. Very close to all restaurants and main surfers paradise square. Service wise, simple stuff like bringing bags up took an hour, had to repeatedly ask house keeping for extra towels, blanket even though it was clear how many people were staying there. Service took so long that we had to go down to reception to get the things ourselves. More than service I think it's under staffed - the staff were all lovely and smiling.

The standard room was a bit small, with no smart TV, low shower pressure, and a bathtub that could use a thorough cleaning. The hotel itself feels quite dated. However, the staff do a great job—especially the reception team and housekeepers, who were very helpful and friendly.
