Top class hotel, they staff are really lovely people, its a credit to management. They were so good with our kids. Breakfast was excellent. Lovely cocktails. Location is really good, 3 min walk to haymarket to get all buses/trams and trains. We used 2 taxi in 4 days. Will definitely recommend again. If youre coming with kids please check out cupapug around corner. A cafe with pug dogs. We loved it

The service at the hotel was wonderful. From our arrival, Momo greeted us with great kindness, then Brando, with his great charisma, made us feel right at home. What can I say about Gaurov? His professionalism and attentiveness made the stay even more pleasant. Finally, Sajal offered her help and personally resolved our issue. It was an exceptional stay.

This hotel appears to be brand new, with a high-quality finish and great amenities. The staff is friendly and attentive. For instance, when our hairdryer broke, they brought us a new one just a few minutes after we asked. Having come from London, we were expecting a cramped room, but were pleasantly surprised by how spacious it was. The breakfast is a buffet with a good variety of dishes, including both meat and vegetarian options. There's also a decent selection of fresh vegetables, greens, and cheeses. The hotel is located on a quiet street, yet it's very close to the city's main thoroughfare, which has both tram and bus lines. However, the location is so convenient that you can walk to any central part of the city. If you're traveling with a suitcase, a taxi from the train station costs only about £12. As for the downsides, in our corner room on the top floor, it was impossible to keep the window open because a cooking smell would blow in all night long from an unknown source. We had to sleep with the window closed and the air conditioning on. On the plus side, the view from the window was very beautiful!

A bustling place with nearby neighborhoods to poke into and plenty of nearby places to eat. The breakfast buffet was hearty and offered a full variety of eggs, bangers, haggis, fruits, fish and hand-mixed mango banana smoothies! The dinner offerings were mostly very good, especially the Asian buffet featured during the week. The rooms were comfy and quiet, offering a hot pot of coffee or tea and butter cookies each day.
