Our return to Vista Encantada for our honeymoon was nothing short of extraordinary. As returning guests, we came with high expectations—and yet, every moment managed to surpass them. The level of hospitality, attention to detail, and genuine warmth from the staff elevated our stay into something far beyond a vacation. It became a memory we will cherish for a lifetime. The culinary experience at Vista Encantada is nothing less than world-class. Every meal was crafted with intention and excellence. From elegant fine dining to a wide variety of flavorful dishes across the resort, the options were abundant—and each one left us genuinely impressed. The food is not just a service here—it is an art form. This property is more than beautiful—it is purposeful. It offers serenity for the soul, inspiration for the heart, and a setting where love and celebration feel right at home. This resort is fantastic! The customer service is exceptional, with staff always eager to assist you and greet you with a smile. Be prepared for a lengthy check-in and check-out process, so pack your patience. However, I deducted a star due to the dining options available in the all-inclusive package. There are limited places to eat without a reservation, and some venues close for special events, which can restrict dinner choices. Overall, we enjoyed our stay!

We stayed in a two-bedroom suite with a living room, dining area, and a fully equipped kitchen. The ocean view was absolutely stunning, and all the pools also offered beautiful scenic views, making it a wonderful place to relax and enjoy. However, there were a couple of aspects we were not entirely satisfied with. On two separate occasions, we found a cockroach in our kitchen, which was disappointing. Additionally, we found the breakfast price—approximately $50 per person—to be quite high for what was offered, as it did not.
