Free cancellation: You can cancel your booking for Scoopon credit up until 45 days prior to the original check-in date. This can be done via self-service in your ‘My Escapes’ account. Your Scoopon credit will be valid for 12 months from the date of cancellation. Credits are not transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash.

Please note this does not apply to insurance or flights booked with Scoopon. Flight fulfilment is provided by the airline(s) selected at the time of finalising the booking. For your air travel, you are bound by the terms and conditions and fare rules of the selected airline(s).

Valid for travel until 22 December 2023 (bookings must be made before 31 October 2023).

Surcharge: A non-refundable surcharge per room, per night, applies for certain dates and is payable at time of booking. Dates and prices are identified in the Booking Calendar.

7-Day Change of Mind ‘No Questions Asked’ Refund Guarantee: Things don’t always work out. Our 7-day Change of Mind Guarantee is there to help. Bookings (except for Tour bookings and flights) may be cancelled with a full refund provided that cancellation occurs within 7 days from the date of purchase and provided that the cancellation is made no less than 21 days prior to the check-in date.

Nyepi Day: Please note the Nyepi Day of Silence will take place on 3 March 2022 and 22 March 2023, during which airports are closed and check-in and checkout at the resort are unavailable.

Feel Like Changing Your Dates? No Worries…

You can make one (1) change to the date of your booking provided the change is made no less than 45 days before the start of your original booking date and provided you choose dates which are of an equal value and are available. Any change to booking dates is subject to and must be made online in accordance with our Terms and Conditions.

One-Bedroom Villa — Packages are valid for two adults

Maximum Room Capacity: The maximum room capacity is three adults and one child or one infant.

Extra Guest Policy: One additional guest (aged 12 years and over) may stay for a surcharge of A$166 per night, sleeping on an extra bed with all inclusions as per package type and accommodation only. Payable directly to the resort.

Child Policy: One child (aged 11 years and under) may stay for a surcharge of A$166 per night, sleeping on an extra bed with all inclusions as per package type. Payable directly to the resort.

Baby Policy: One infant (aged one year and under) may stay for a surcharge of A$10 per night with a cot and will count towards the maximum room occupancy.

Two-Bedroom Villa — Packages are valid for four adults

Maximum Room Capacity: The maximum room capacity is six adults and one child or one infant.

Extra Guest Policy: Up to two additional guests (aged 12 years and over) may stay for a surcharge of A$166 per person, per night, sleeping on an extra bed with all inclusions as per package type. Payable directly to the resort.

Child Policy: One child (aged 11 years and under) may stay for a surcharge of A$166 per night, sleeping on an extra bed with all inclusions as per package type. Payable directly to the resort.

Baby Policy: One infant (aged one year and under) may stay for a surcharge of A$10 per night with a cot and will count towards the maximum room occupancy.
