Getting to Florence is easy! Regular flights are available to Florence Airport with Etihad, Qatar Airways, Singapore Airlines, Alitalia and more departing most Australian capital cities with one stopover and an approximate flight time of 25 hours.

Flights depart regularly from major gateways including Singapore (approx. flight time of 13 hours, one stop en route), Hong Kong (approx. flight time of 16 hours, one stop en route), Dubai (approx. flight time of 8 hours, one stop en route) and Bangkok (approx. flight time of 15 hours, one stop en route).

Airport transfers are not included in your package. Please plan accordingly.

7-Day Change of Mind ‘No Questions Asked’ Refund Guarantee: Things don’t always work out. Our 7-day Change of Mind Guarantee is there to help. Bookings (except for Tour bookings and flights) may be cancelled with a full refund provided that cancellation occurs strictly within 7 days from the date of purchase and provided that the cancellation is made no less than 21 days prior to the check-in date.

Feel Like Changing your Dates? No Worries…

You can make one (1) change to the date of your booking provided the change is made no less than 45 days before the start of your original booking date and provided you choose dates which are of an equal value and are available. Any change to booking dates is subject to and must be made online in accordance with our Terms and Conditions.

Classic Room - Packages are valid for two adults

Maximum Room Capacity: The maximum room capacity is two adults and one infant.

Extra Guest Policy: No additional guests (aged two years and over) are permitted.

Baby Policy: One infant (aged one year and under) may stay free of charge and will count towards the maximum room capacity. A cot can be provided by the hotel free of charge.

Superior Room - Packages are valid for two adults

Maximum Room Capacity: The maximum room capacity is two adults and one child/infant. See the ‘Extra Guest Policy’ and ‘Child Policy’ below for more details.

Extra Guest Policy: No extra guests (aged 11 years and over) are permitted.

Child Policy: One child (aged 10 years and under) may stay free of charge sleeping on rollaway bed, with accommodation and breakfast included.

Baby Policy: One infant (aged one year and under) may stay free of charge and will count towards the maximum room capacity. A cot can be provided by the hotel free of charge.

Junior Suite - Packages are valid for two adults

Maximum Room Capacity: The maximum room capacity is two adults and one child/infant or three adults. See the ‘Extra Guest Policy’ and ‘Child Policy’ below for more details.

Extra Guest Policy: One adult (aged 11 years or older) may stay for a surcharge of 90 EUR per night, sleeping on a rollaway bed with accommodation and breakfast included. Payable directly to the hotel.

Child Policy: One child (aged 10 years and under) may stay free of charge sleeping on rollaway bed, with accommodation and breakfast included.

Baby Policy: One infant (aged one year and under) may stay free of charge and will count towards the maximum room capacity. A cot can be provided by the hotel free of charge.

Connecting rooms are not available.
