Villa Neri Resort & Spa is set within Parco dell’Etna, near the UNESCO-listed Mount Etna and just outside the hilltop town of Linguaglossa, with Taormina a scenic 30-minute drive away. The hotel is located approximately a 50-minute drive from Catania Fontanarossa Airport (CTA). Airport transfers are not included in your package, please plan accordingly.

  • Daily breakfast is available at the Villa Neri Sala Parco Degli Ulivi from 7.30am to 10.30am.
  • Daily cocktails are available at the bar from 10.30am to 11pm.
  • Welcome wine will be a bottle of white wine from Neri Agricola, placed in-room on arrival.
  • Dining Credit: The included credit must be used during your stay. Any unused credit will be forfeited and is not transferable or redeemable for cash. Credit can be used at any onsite venue (excludes minibar and room service). No minimum spend applies.
  • Spa access is limited to 90 minutes per adult, per day, available between 11am and 7pm. Access includes a sauna, steam bath, emotional shower, ice fountain, hot tub and relaxing area. Accessible to adults 16 and over only.
  • Wine tasting is available in the countryhouse Casa Arrigo, located within the same estate, a one-minute walk from Villa Neri. A reservation is required and tastings are usually available from 12pm to 5pm.
Cancellation policy

7-Day Change of Mind ‘No Questions Asked’ Refund Guarantee: Things don’t always work out. Our 7-day Change of Mind Guarantee is there to help. Bookings (except for cruise bookings, flights and deposit fee, if applicable, which are subject to the cancellation terms of the relevant supplier) may be cancelled with a full refund provided that cancellation occurs strictly within 7 days from the date of purchase and provided that the cancellation is made no less than 14 days prior to the check-in date. Excludes flight and service fee, if applicable.

  • Cancellations outside of the 7-Day Change of Mind period will not be provided, except as required by Australian Consumer Law, your local law or as otherwise provided for in the Fine Print.

Flexible Cancellation: You can cancel your booking for credit up until 21 days prior to the original check-in date. This can be done via self-service in your ‘My Escapes’ account.
