Great service beautiful views. Access to the airport is good and the hotel has great restaurants attached. The locality also lend itself to exploring and you can eat locally and not rely on the hotel. We took lovely walks across the coast and the weather was lovely.

Our choice of this hotel was excellent. It started with the receptionist named Rafaela who is amazing, kind and professional. The service she gave us is the best we have received. She really cares about the guests. The rooms are excellent. The other service providers are very kind. The pool is excellent and the rest of the facilities. Highly recommend

A well-located hotel with a beautiful view of the ocean. Easy access to the city center by bus (two lines) or a 5-6 minute taxi ride. The rooms are spacious and well-equipped. The food is very tasty, with a choice of the main restaurant, the poolside restaurant, and three themed restaurants. The Lisbõa bar is very pleasant, with live music. The staff is professional and friendly (greetings to bartenders Ricardo, Bruno, and Jorge). The pool area is large, with three outdoor pools and two access points to the ocean. And best of all - no sunbed wars, but there is a diving center :)

This hotel is certainly not a true 5-star experience. The layout is confusing, making it difficult for guests to find their way around, and the overall design feels poorly thought out. Despite the hotel’s vast size, much of the space feels wasted — for example, the bar is surprisingly small for such a large property. The entrance is also underwhelming, lacking atmosphere or warmth, which doesn’t create a great first impression. The rooms themselves are acceptable but nothing special. The bed was quite uncomfortable, the shower very basic, and the bathroom’s wall of mirrors felt more like an attempt to make the space look bigger rather than a thoughtful design choice. Just to give you an idea of thought that has gone into the room layout you have to boil the kettle on the floor because there is no appropriate plug location. Food was average at best. There are plenty of options, but most dishes were forgettable and desserts were disappointing. While the food does the job, it isn’t something you’d look forward to, and the few genuinely good items were quickly snapped up. The hotel restaurants really weren’t worth visiting. We tried the Italian restaurant, but it was nothing special—very basic. We ended up leaving because the children were only allowed to order from the kids’ menu, which had very limited options. It seemed more like a cost-cutting policy than a genuine dining experience. On a positive note, the swimming pools are large, and the spa facilities are good. It was also lovely being able to go straight into the sea and enjoy a bit of snorkelling, which added something special to the stay. Overall, while the hotel offers some redeeming features, it falls short of the 5-star standard. I personally wouldn’t choose to stay here again, as there are far nicer hotels that deliver a more welcoming and enjoyable experience.
