We got married here and can not say enough nice things about our experience! Beautiful location, amazing service, great staff, and gorgeous rooms. Specifically I want to call out our wedding bartender Michele who was so kind, attentive, and made everything amazing on our big day. We have spent a lot of time and money working with the Viceroy and seriously, if you are shopping for a big event - or just a really great place to stay near aspen - you have found it here!

I had an amazing stay this weekend. The room was spacious, spotless, and beautifully designed, with every detail feeling thought out. The staff were incredibly courteous and thoughtful, making the whole experience seamless. The pool and hot tubs were a perfect way to relax, especially with the stunning views. A HUGE thank you to Gia at the lobby bar — your thoughtfulness and consistent attention truly made our stay special. Highly recommend!

Great rooms, comfortable and clean. Service was mostly good, though anything related to food was somehow complicated across the hotel. People would send us back and forth on where to get grab and go sandwiches in the morning and coffee took 10 minutes each time from the cafe. Drinks from the pool bar also took multiple attempts to actually order across multiple people. May have been an early season factor as staff gets settled in, but odd to be that challenging and this caliber of hotel. Every was friendly though! Valet was super helpful and efficient. Excellent pool and workout center.

We did a roadtrip through CO and hotel hopped.. decided to splurge one night and picked Snowmass for its location close to Aspen. $600 for the night which seemed to be the average for nicer hotels in the area. Additional $109 for resort fees and valet parking. For $700+ it certainly did not live up to the expectations. Rooms were nice, shower had no light/wasn’t working. Our sheet was stained. I sent a picture to the concierge who had texted us upon check in in case we needed anything. They responded ~30 minutes later and said sorry we can ask housekeeping to change them- but they never showed up. There was no heads up given about the surrounding construction. Photos attached of the sheets and the “view” It is in a stunning location and the hotel definitely feels luxurious but perhaps we didn’t get to really enjoy any amenities since we stayed only one night and had plans during the day. Therefore paying $700 felt like a rip off. Staff could’ve certainly paid more attention to hospitality.
