With our plane ride home unexpectedly cancelled and two additional nights in France ahead of us, I found UP on the Hilton app and it did not disappoint! We stayed for two nights in July and got to enjoy the pool, food by the pool, and dinner at the restaurant. What a special place! A beautiful property, welcoming and helpful staff, wonderful food and even better wine. The rooms were so comfortable and they really made our two nights so special. I would go back in a heartbeat!

The hotel is in a very quiet location surrounded by forests and vineyards. We arrived early and were able to drop our bags off and enjoy the pool until our room was ready. The grounds are well maintained and everything was clean. We booked the classic room, which was small but nicely decorated and had comfy beds. The bathroom and shower door were a bit stuck and hard to open/close, but other than that it was beautiful. We were especially happy with the service we received, from check-in to the pool service and the wine tour with Maxime (don't know if the spelling's correct), everybody was extremely friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend to book to the wine tour, as you get a tour of the estate and they teach you about their wine production with a wine tasting at the end. Dinner in the restaurant was OK but nothing special. We would definitely recommend this hotel and stay here again.

Beautiful hotel and estate. The property is immaculate, clean and stylish. My only issue was with the room which was tiny (so small you couldn't open the wardrobe door because it hit the bed) and 3 of the 5 lights didn't work. We had a lovely stay and I would recommend it but opt for a large room/suite if you can.

We stayed 3 nights at Ultimate Provence to extend our time in the region. The estate and vineyard are beautiful—you can tell it was carefully designed a few years ago. Check-in was professional and effortless, and our room was spacious and very clean. There’s a lovely small town nearby that’s perfect for dinner or breakfast. The hotel’s padel court is modern and easy to book. However, maintenance and service need attention. On our first day, we tried to order food by the pool, but a staff member explained at length that the kitchen was “broken,” so only fries were available. In the gym, the treadmill didn’t work on any of the three days of our stay. We had also pre-booked the padel court via email and received a confirmation, but on arrival it wasn’t actually reserved and we had to book again. Most disruptive, the lights in our room turned on and off several times during the night, waking us up. In short: a gorgeous, thoughtfully laid-out property with friendly, efficient front-desk staff and very comfortable rooms—but some basic operational issues undermined the experience. If management addresses the maintenance glitches and tightens up service follow-through, this could be a fantastic stay.
