Compulsory New Year’s Gala Dinner: For stays on 31 December, an additional surcharge of THB15,000 per adult (18+) and THB7500 per child (16-18 years old) applies for the compulsory New Year’s Gala buffet dinner and free-flow drinks. For guests who prefer the buffet dinner only, the surcharge is THB7,500 per guest. Payable directly to the resort.

7-Day Change of Mind ‘No Questions Asked’ Refund Guarantee: Things don’t always work out. Our 7-day Change of Mind Guarantee is there to help. Bookings (except for cruise bookings, flights and deposit fee, if applicable, which are subject to the cancellation terms of the relevant supplier) may be cancelled with a full refund provided that cancellation occurs strictly within 7 days from the date of purchase and provided that the cancellation is made no less than 14 days prior to the check-in date. Excludes flight and service fee, if applicable.

• Cancellations outside of the 7-Day Change of Mind period will not be provided, except as required by Australian Consumer Law, your local law or as otherwise provided for in the Fine Print.

Flexible Cancellation: You can cancel your booking for credit up until 21 days prior to the original check-in date. This can be done via self-service in your ‘My Escapes’ account. Your credit will be valid for 12 months from the date of cancellation. Credits are not transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash. Excludes service fee, if applicable.

Please note this does not apply to flights booked with us. Flight fulfilment is provided by the airline(s) selected at the time of finalising the booking. For your air travel, you are bound by the terms and conditions and fare rules of the selected airline(s).

Date Changes: If you need to amend your booking, you can self-service unlimited date changes in your ‘My Escapes’ account up until 21 days before your original check-in date. If you can’t find a suitable date, or still need further assistance, please contact our 24/7 customer service team. Subject to availability and surcharges.

Please Note:

• Dining inclusions do not include drinks (unless otherwise stated). Menus are subject to change without notice.
• Daily buffet and a la carte breakfast is served at Catch Beach Club from 7.30am to 10.30am.
• Lunches and dinners are served a la carte at Catch Beach Club, The Lazy Coconut or the Tented Lounge from a select Luxury Escapes menu.
• Drinks are not included.
• Nightly cocktails are served at the Tented Lounge. It’s open from 9am to midnight.
• The included massage is a traditional Thai oil-free massage held in the spa tent.
• 50% discount is on sunbeds at Catch Beach Club, subject to availability. Discount may be used daily across the duration of your stay.
• There is a limit of one use per day and one sunbed per person, available from 11am to 6pm.
• The complimentary day cruise takes places from 12pm to 5pm every Tuesday and Thursday, departing Twinpalms Surin Phuket Resort at 11:30am, heading to Kai Nok Island. Return transfers to and from the marina and a welcome drink are included.
• The cruise has a maximum of 20 passengers per charter.
• Guests can pre-order food and drinks with the reservation team on arrival for an additional surcharge.
• No outside food and drinks are allowed on board and the cruise is subject to weather conditions and availability.
• Advance reservation for the cruise is recommended. Guests can book with the reservation or upon check-in.

Return Private Airport Transfers Inclusions & Fine Print

• Includes: A return private airport transfer, sufficient English-speaking driver, airport parking fee, toll fee and one bottle of water per person.
• You will be emailed an online form to book your date and time within one to two days of purchase.
• Keep an eye out for an email from luxuryescapes@icstravel.com.
• Rates are per car, one way.
• A three-passenger car can fit three pieces of luggage. A six-passenger car can fit six pieces of luggage.
• The driver will wait for a delay of up to one hour. After that point, the transfer will be considered cancelled.
