Bookings (except for cruise bookings, flights and deposit fee, if applicable, which are subject to the cancellation terms of the relevant supplier) may be cancelled with a full refund provided that cancellation occurs strictly within 7 days from the date of purchase and provided that the cancellation is made no less than 14 days prior to the check-in date. - Three-course lunch is served at The Restaurant from 1pm to 2pm. Three-course dinner is served at The Restaurant from 6pm to 9pm. Soft drinks and alcohol are not included.
- Daily free-flow drinks are served from 10am to 10pm and include house wine, house cocktails and Thai beers.
- Thai massages (select packages only) must be booked one day in advance.

Return Airport Transfers Inclusions & Fine Print
- Includes: Return private airport transfer, basic/sufficient English-speaking driver, airport parking fee, toll fee and one bottle of water per person.
- You will be emailed an online form to book your date and time within one to two days of purchase. Keep an eye out for an email from luxuryescapes@icstravel.com.
- Rates are per car, one way.
- A three-passenger car can fit three pieces of luggage. A six-passenger car can fit six pieces of luggage.
- An infant seat can be booked at THB210 per seat, each way or guests may bring their own
- The driver will wait for a delay of up to one hour. After that point, the transfer will be considered cancelled.
