Update 29 April 2025 4PM AEST: Starting 1 May 2025, all non-Thai nationals entering Thailand must complete the Thailand Digital Arrival Card (TDAC) online within three days of their arrival. This new requirement aims to streamline the immigration process and replace the traditional paper-based form, offering greater convenience and efficiency for travellers.

Mandatory TDAC: All non-Thai travelers must complete the TDAC online.
Deadline: The TDAC must be submitted within three days prior to arrival.
Submission: The TDAC can be submitted on the official website: https://tdac.immigration.go.th/arrival-card/#/home.
Exemption: Travellers holding non-Thai passports who are transiting through Thailand without passing through immigration are exempt from this requirement.
Support at the airport: Assistance will be available at the airport for those who cannot complete the TDAC online before arrival, but this is intended for exceptional cases only.
Travel Insurance: It is recommended to purchase Thailand travel insurance, especially for those with pre-existing medical conditions.

Compulsory New Year’s Gala Dinner: For stays on 24 December, an additional surcharge of THB3900 per person applies for the compulsory Christmas Eve Dinner. For stays on 31 December, an additional surcharge of THB5500 applies for the compulsory New Year’s Gala dinner. Payable directly to the resort.

Child Policy: All guests must be aged 18 years and over. Younger children and babies are not permitted.
Transfers: Scheduled return airport transfers from Phuket International Airport with speedboat connection from Yacht Haven Marina are included for 7+ night stays only. Please contact the resort at least 48 hours before arrival via email at res@treehouse-villas.com.
Koh Pak Bia trip is a half-day tour. National park entry fees are not included. The tour leaves around 11am and returns around 2pm. Please book at least 24 hours in advance.

Return land and sea transfers (7+ nights only):

TreeHouse Villas can pick you up straight from the airport or any hotel in Phuket or Krabi and transport you directly to the resort.
The transfer will deliver you to Yacht Haven Marina in Phuket or Thalen Pier in Krabi, where you will be transferred to TreeHouse Villas’ pier by speedboat.

Boats operate on the following schedule:

9.30am: TreeHouse Villas to Yacht Haven Marina(Phuket)
11am: Yacht Haven Marina to TreeHouse Villas
1pm: TreeHouse Villas to Yacht Haven Marina
1.30pm: TreeHouse Villas to Thalen Pier (Krabi)
2pm: Thalen Pier to TreeHouse Villas
2pm: Yacht Haven Marina to TreeHouse Villas
3pm: TreeHouse Villas to Yacht Haven Marina
4.30pm: Yacht Haven Marina to TreeHouse Villas

Test & Go: Covers all Thailand destinations. If travelling outside of Sandbox area, then apply for Thailand Pass under Test & Go program. You must quarantine the first night to wait for your negative RT-PCR test, then you are free to go anywhere in Thailand. Find out more here.

Beautiful little island around an hour boat ride, boat is small and very bumby you most likely will leave with a migraine. The treehouses are beautiful roomy airy cozy and clean. They are all really close to each other so if someone is staying in the one next to you most likely you will have very little privacy. Also it's worth noting many treehouses do not have an ocean view so check when booking. One thing that bothered me greatly is all the extra charges like transportation to island and room service. When u order a drink to your room or the beach which is like a couple feet from the bar they charge "delivery fees". Bottled water on the beach or at the pool is also not free. I came away from my stay feeling like they were trying to pull every dollar. When leaving a maid came to the room and in front of us started doing a search to make sure we didn't take anything, I mean like aggressively looking under the bed etc which was insulting. I do have to say our stay was 1 in a million the island is pretty empty giving it an exclusive vibe and the views are stunning! There are free yoga classes,kayaks and paddle boards. I would recommend staying here overall, as long as u don't mind feeling a bit cheated even though the price is extremely reasonable

We had a fantastic stay at this resort! The villas are very well designed and generously spaced with separate minibars in the room and by the plunge pool. The staff work tirelessly day and night. Such friendly and polite bunch of staff. Three restaurants offer a huge range of Thai & other cuisinesat reasonable price. Highly recommend for anyone looking for an escape!

Just enjoyed the most amazing two night stay in a beautiful secluded resort with private beach and spectacular backdrop. The treehouse villas really have a WOW factor and the limited number of guests on the premises really make it feel very exclusive and VIP. I particularly appreciated the convenience of the app which meant I could order room or beach service any time without getting up from my seat. Staff are extremely attentive and welcoming, nothing was too much trouble for them. I would particularly like to express my gratitude to Mr Boy for his service and always remembering what I would like to order. The pricing was reasonable too which means I will definitely return soon, but for longer next time. See you and thanks to all staff for such a memorable experience at your beautiful resort.

These rooms are absolutely beautiful! The facilities are great and the service is so friendly. All the food was delicious (including the Italian spot!) and the cocktails are amazing. The excursions we did were top notch. The only con is the location, but that depends on what you’re looking for! It is far removed from anything else, so don’t expect to go to town a lot and the road is inaccessible, you can only get there through the hotels van.
