Very kind staff that are always ready to help! Rooms were clean and spacious and the resort was well furnished and taken care of. Includes free airport shuttle (no wait time). When our plans got cancelled due to weather they helped provide suggestions for what to do and how to get around. Would definitely come back again.

We enjoyed our stay at Tokatoka Resort. We opted for the Studio Room, as we were planning to travel around and just needed a comfortable place to rest — and it served that purpose well. The room came with a bed, TV, refrigerator, and a kettle with tea and coffee. However, we were a bit surprised that bottled drinking water wasn’t provided. One of the biggest conveniences was the location — the resort is bang opposite Nadi International Airport, making it super handy for travelers. They also offer complimentary airport pick-up and drop-off, which made our arrival and departure seamless. The resort itself is spacious and family-friendly, with a great play area and a fun pool with slides that kids would love. We also treated ourselves to a relaxing couples spa during our stay, which was a wonderful experience. The property is well-maintained, and the staff were warm, helpful, and always ready to assist. A great choice for both families and couples looking for a relaxing stopover in Nadi.

First of all, I need to make it clear that we consider this hotel for a very short stay before we fly home. I would not spend a holiday here. So, please read the review keeping this in mind. The location is great for airport. Hotel has a free shuttle to the airport, which is very convenient. We spent a few hours at the hotel before we fly back to Dallas. The check in was easy and quick. We did not experience any rude receptionist. On the contrary, the ladies who did check in/out were very kind and respectful. The room was not very clean but not dirty either. Very basic with limited amenities which was okay with us. You can see that the room needs TLC and a serious renovation. There is a big swimming pool with a kiddy park. We tried the food there and to our surprise it was pretty decent, at least the burgers. I recommend this hotel for AT MOST one night if you need a place before heading home.

Location: convenient for just flying in/out of Nadi and need to stop somewhere close by for the night. Rooms: what to expect but clean. Service: terrible. Check in - couldn’t see there was two rooms under one name. No mention of the abhorrent price for breakfast (and the coffee was $18fjd) at check in. Food was over priced and sub par. Wifi cut out after the first night and could not be connected to come day 2. Father in law also slipped on a spot of water and cracked his face open needing stitches. This spot on the path seemed to have been worn down and not slip resistant at all. But the pool area was good and the kids loved it.
