The William Inglis Hotel in Warwick Farm is a gem with plenty of character. From the moment you arrive, the property feels special, set against the backdrop of the racecourse and designed with a unique equestrian theme. Parking is plentiful and easy, which makes checking in and out completely stress-free. The rooms are stylish, clean, and well-appointed with everything you’d need for a comfortable stay. While they are on the smaller side—something to keep in mind if you’re planning a longer visit—they still deliver on quality and ambience. For short stays, the balance between comfort and practicality works very well. Breakfast here is an absolute highlight. The spread is generous, fresh, and varied, with plenty of options to satisfy all tastes. Whether you’re in the mood for something light and healthy or a hearty cooked plate, it’s hard to walk away hungry. It really sets you up perfectly for the day ahead. What truly makes the hotel stand out is the staff. They’re attentive, professional, and always friendly, which adds a personal touch to every stay. Their warm hospitality creates a welcoming atmosphere that makes guests feel at home. Overall, the William Inglis Hotel is a fantastic choice for business or leisure.

We chose the William Inglis Hotel for both our wedding ceremony and reception, and it was one of the best decisions we made. From the moment we visited the venue, we fell in love with its charm and versatility, especially the big barn, which became our reception space. Even though it rained on the day, the hotel had a beautiful indoor ceremony location ready for us, and it looked just as stunning as the outdoor area we had originally planned. It really showed us how well-prepared and professional the team is. Our wedding coordinator, Mikaela, was truly exceptional. She supported us throughout the entire planning process, always answering our questions quickly and giving us peace of mind. We made quite a few changes along the way, but she was so patient, understanding, and always listened to our ideas. She made us feel like our vision mattered and worked hard to make it come to life. On the day, the venue looked breathtaking. The big barn was styled perfectly by Wisteria Events, and seeing it all come together was such a special moment for us. The hotel lobby was also absolutely beautiful, with elegant details and plenty of gorgeous spots for photographs. It provided a lovely backdrop for some of our favourite portraits, especially while waiting for the rain to pass. One of the things we loved most was how convenient everything was. The ceremony, reception, and accommodation were all in the same location, which meant no rushing between places. If we needed a quick touch-up or a moment to relax, we could easily pop back up to our hotel room. It also meant our guests could fully enjoy the day without worrying about long travel times. Being local to many of our guests was another bonus, as it meant they didn’t have to travel far. In fact, when we had a little shoe emergency on the day, one of our guests was able to drive home quickly and come back without missing much at all. The staff were so welcoming and professional, making sure everything ran smoothly behind the scenes. Drinks on tables were never empty. We stayed for two nights, which made getting ready stress-free and gave us time to enjoy the space without feeling rushed. The venue also had plenty of room to store our belongings, which was incredibly helpful. Even though we had a winter wedding and the greenery wasn’t as lush as when we first saw it in spring, the venue still looked magical. I would highly recommend the William Inglis Hotel to any couple planning their wedding. If you’re considering it, I suggest taking a tour to truly appreciate the space.

We had a wonderful stay at the William Inglis hotel! From the moment we arrived, the staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, making us feel very welcome. We were pleasantly surprised with a complimentary room upgrade and a late check-out, which made our stay even more relaxing. The room was large, clean, and very spacious – perfect for unwinding after a long day. Dinner at the hotel was absolutely amazing – the food was fresh, delicious, and beautifully presented. Overall, a fantastic experience with great service, excellent food, and comfortable accommodation. Highly recommended – we’ll definitely be back! ♥️

I had a wonderful stay at the William Inglis hotel. The staff was very nice, the rooms were lovely, and the venue itself was gorgeous. The only issue I had was the food quality. I ordered breakfast from the cafe and it was extremely oily...like pools of oil in my takeaway box. The food at the morning buffet as well was alright. I like the juicer and pancakes, but that's about it. It's possible breakfast isn't their specialty, but everything else about the hotel was good :) Also, the elevator is really fast!
