Bookings (except for cruise bookings, flights and deposit fee, if applicable, which are subject to the cancellation terms of the relevant supplier) may be cancelled with a full refund provided that cancellation occurs strictly within 7 days from the date of purchase and provided that the cancellation is made no less than 14 days prior to the check-in date. 3-Day, 1-Park per Day Disneyland Resort Ticket Inclusions & Fine Print

  • Includes: 3-Day, 1-Park per Day Disneyland Resort ticket: entitling guest admittance to either Disneyland Park or Disney California Adventure Park each day over the specified number of days (3).
  • Your Disneyland Resort e-ticket will be added to your account within 7 days of purchase. You will receive an order confirmation with your tickets and have access to these through My Escapes.
  • Guests with a valid Ticket should visit StartYourDisneylandExperience.com to make theme park reservations. Ticket must be linked to a Disney account, and online registration is required. Availability can change until the park reservation is finalized. Guests with multi-day Tickets will be required to make a separate park reservation for each day they plan to visit the theme parks. Limit one park reservation per guest, per day.
  • At the park ensure you have made your Theme Park Reservation as above. Proceed directly to the applicable park entrance on the applicable date and present your theme park reservation and ticket, or have them scanned from your mobile device that has internet access. You will not need to wait in Will Call or Ticket Purchase queues.
  • The ticket is not valid for visits to both Theme Parks on the same day. Tickets expire 13 days after first use or January 12, 2026, whichever occurs first, and each day of use of the ticket constitutes one full day of use.
  • Adult rates apply for guests 10+, and child rates apply for children (3–9). Infants under two may attend free of charge without a ticket required.
  • Please note: Guests who have booked previous to 4 November 2024 will instead receive 3-day Park Hopper tickets as purchased.

I recently stayed at The Westin Anaheim Resort with four children under the age of five, and what could have been a challenging trip was made absolutely perfect thanks to Ashley Lee. From the moment we arrived, Ashley went above and beyond to ensure every detail was handled with care and thoughtfulness. Her professionalism, warmth, and attentiveness made us feel truly valued. She anticipated our needs before we even asked and created a stress-free environment that allowed us to actually enjoy our stay as a family. Traveling with young children is never easy, but Ashley’s exceptional service turned it into a wonderful, memorable experience. The Westin Anaheim is fortunate to have Ashley on their team, and I would highly recommend this property to any family seeking outstanding hospitality.

Our stay was absolutely fantastic, nothing short of exceptional. From the front desk to room service to valet, every team member we came across was friendly, welcoming, and made our visit truly special. The service felt genuine, and it’s clear the staff enjoy what they do, which shines through in how they treat guests. For the last three years, The Westin Anaheim has been a staple for my family whenever we visit Disney, whether for birthdays or anniversaries, and each time has been memorable. The hotel is always spotless, the atmosphere is warm, and the convenience of being just a 10–15 minute walk to Downtown Disney and restaurants makes it the perfect location. I’d like to give a special shout-out to Cyrus, who went above and beyond to make our stay unforgettable. His efforts are truly appreciated and reflect the exceptional culture of service at the Westin. If I had one very small note, it would be that the water pressure in the showers could be a bit stronger but aside from that, everything exceeded expectations. Thank you to the entire team for all you do. We will forever be loyal guests here, and we can’t wait to be back!

This hotel is stunning and one of the nicest Westin’s I have stayed at. Service is excellent. It was myself and my young son. We ate breakfast at the Tangerine Room and happy hour at the Mexican restaurant that is attached to the hotel. Food and drink at both places was very good. This is my first time staying on this side of the park and I much prefer it. We could see the fireworks from our room .I didn’t find the walk long at all. Downtown Disney is a 10 minute walk and we only had to wait once at security for 5 minutes. Once inside, you are in the Disney bubble so the walk to the esplanade was nice and another 5 minutes. Highly recommend!

We stayed here for 3 nights from Australia over 4 July 2025. The hotel was perfect for what we were looking for. The hotel is well appointed and doesn’t feel too busy. We were worried about hotels in the area being noisy and overrun with people (no experience if that is the case but the Westin does not have an over busy feel). Importantly for us there were sufficient lifts. Many American hotels we have stayed in you wait ages for lifts. We chose a park view room because of the time of year. The experience was better than expected. After a long flight from Sydney we watched Disney fireworks from our room and each night the same. On 4 July we could see fireworks in the distance for over an hour which was amazing along with fantastic Disney fireworks. We didn’t want to have to return to Disney in crowds to see fireworks and the room allowed us go have that experience. It’s easy to walk to downtown and Disney, we believe there is also public transport close but we didn’t use it. The in room dining is quick and tasty and breakfast is good for a hotel. The pool although smaller than expected was nice for a swim after Disney. Our only issue was the showers aren’t amazing in terms of pressure. I also do wish American hotels had a kettle but we brought one with us for a cup of tea. There is an in room fridge and the bathroom is over size which is also very cool. The hotel staff are lovely and not in your face too much. We highly recommend it. The park view you can literally hear the screams on the roller coaster in front of you which is so much fun to watch. We took ages deciding on a hotel here and were very happy with the choice. Disney hotels felt too much and we knew jet lag would mean we would not be able to wake up for the extra time benefit in park. The walk is slightly longer than a few other chain hotels but the extra few hundred metres is worth it. It’s an easy walk to some super markets and restaurants with a Mexican and steak place in building.
