Starting 1 May 2025, all non-Thai nationals entering Thailand must complete the Thailand Digital Arrival Card (TDAC) online within three days of their arrival. This new requirement aims to streamline the immigration process and replace the traditional paper-based form, offering greater convenience and efficiency for travellers.

Travellers holding non-Thai passports who are transiting through Thailand without passing through immigration are exempt from this requirement.

- The included daily cocktail can be substituted for a non-alcoholic beverage.
- The included dining credit (4+ nights) must be used during your stay. Any unused credit will be forfeited and cannot be transferred or redeemed for cash. The dining credit cannot be split and must be used in one sitting.
Please note, the following applies to guests staying during Kolour Festival:
- From November 8, only in-house guests will be permitted to enter the hotel driveway and park from 12 PM onwards, and only one car per room is permitted
- The Beachfront lawn will be closed from November 7 for a stage setup, followed by the festival on November 8, and a private event on November 9 from 2 PM onwards
- The Beachfront lawn will reopen to guests on November 10
- The swimming pool is available to use until 1 PM. However, please note that the furniture will be removed on November 8
- The swimming pool will open as usual on November 9
- Lido will be open for breakfast as normal and will be closed from 10:30 AM. It will resume normal operation on November 9
- Praça will be closed for dinner on November 8 and will resume normal operation on November 9 (Praça Socials Cocktail Hours will be available from 3 PM to 4 PM at the heritage house)
- Room service will continue with a limited menu until 3 AM on November 8
- The Standard Spa will operate from 9 AM to 11 AM on November 8 and will require advanced reservations
- The Hut and Spa Cabana will be closed all day and will reopen as normal on November 9
- The Gym and Sauna will be closed from 11 AM until 6 AM on November 8
- Additional security measures will be in place from 12 PM to Midnight on November 8.
- Beach access will be closed from 12 PM to midnight on November 8, unless you are holding a Kolour wristband.
