- Credit: The included credit must be used during your stay. Any unused credit will be forfeited and cannot be redeemed for cash. Excludes the Executive Lounge and minibar.
- The outdoor pool (Urban Island) is seasonal. Additional charges apply for access.
- Extra Guests: Please contact the hotel directly to enquire about adding extra guests/children to your booking. Surcharges must be paid directly to the hotel.
- Executive Lounge: Breakfast is available between 6.30-10am on weekdays and 6.30am-10.30 on weekends and holidays. Afternoon tea is available from 3.30-5pm, while happy hour is available between 6-10pm. Please note, drink takeout service is no longer offered. Children under 13 years are not permitted in the Lounge. The hotel may choose to replace breakfast at The Executive Lounge with breakfast at The Parkview, depending upon current circumstances. Guests will be notified of any change at check-in
- Fitness Centre: The gym, indoor pools, and saunas (available for a fee) are closed on the third Wednesday of each month. The gym is open to those aged 16 years and older only, and the saunas are open to those aged 13 years and older only. The indoor pool is for adults only. Access to the pool is limited to those aged 13 years and over. (On weekends and holidays, however, children under the age of 13 years are admitted in the care of an adult and only when wearing a life jacket in the pool if they are shorter than 140 cm.) Diving into the pool is strictly prohibited. In case of overcrowding, you may have to wait to use the pool.
