We had a great stay at this hotel! While the building is a bit older, everything was well maintained. The room was comfortable, the beds were super cozy, and the bathroom was perfectly functional—with excellent water pressure in the shower, which is always a bonus. The location is fantastic—within walking distance of Midtown and with great connections to the main attractions. The cleaning service was consistent and thorough, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. A big plus was that the hotel accepted all our Amazon deliveries without any issues. They also sold chilled bottled water at the front desk, which came in handy after long days out. The laundry room in the basement was another major convenience, especially when traveling with kids. It has three washers and two dryers that work with credit cards—no need for coins. A wash cycle takes 37 minutes and costs \$4, while the dryer is \$3 for 30 minutes. Don’t miss the rooftop restaurant—it was excellent, with delicious food and amazing views of the city. All in all, a solid, well-run, and family-friendly hotel. We'd definitely stay here again!

The hotel is perfectly located in a nice, safe, and convenient area. The entire staff is extremely friendly and welcoming, which made the stay pleasant. I stayed in room 1103, and overall, it was a good experience. The only downside was a strong odor near the refrigerator in one corner of the room. It wasn’t noticeable unless you were close to that area, so it didn’t affect the entire room. Since we had already unpacked, we didn’t want to go through the headache of repacking and moving to a different room, so we just dealt with it. I did let the front desk know so they can address it for future guests.

The hotel is nice and the staff are really helpful. The room looks as shown, though the kitchenette was missing some clutter. I really loved that it was very quiet in terms of street noise, although you could hear other guests slamming doors. The lobby downstairs has multiple seating areas and is very comfortable. There’s a place to leave your luggage, and the attendant there is very attentive and helpful. The location is okay—it’s about a 4-block walk from the subway. The elevators can be a bit slow during rush hours since they stop on many floors.

This hotel must be using picture online that are old. It’s run down and not nice. Better off to stay in a basic Marriott or Hilton The toilet is up next to the vanity so you can’t move your right arm once you sit, it’s very banged up and the service was meh. Bedding is at least clean and nice
