We had a really good stay here. The apartments are a really good size. It is an older building and hence the big rooms. The apartment had everything we needed and was comfortable. We stayed for 4 nights here. The downside was that the dining table hadn't been wiped down, and we found one of the plates in the cupboard wasn't clean. Other than that, everything was more than ok. The bed was comfortable, the room was big, the hot water in the shower was super quick to get hot, there was a washing machine, and a dryer. The hotel is really close to a metro station, supermarket, restaurants etc. The location was great. I'd stay here again if in Sydney and needing an apartment option.

I am disappointed with my first experience in this serivce apartment. I dont know why its' still called hotel with no Restaturant attached. No breakfast included for me as single person rate was euqal to HYatt or Hilton Hotels which would have included brakfast in that rate. Only once a week cleaning facility available. I have asked for Dental kit was not available on request. Because of vicinity to our office was the choice made. If you are on official visit highly recommend not to opt. This is but good place for Family if you want to make your own with Gas, Oven, WAshing Machine, Fridge faility available at your diposal.

One bedroom room with kitchen and living areas was great. Had separate laundry with washer and dryer. Grout in bathroom shower was very mouldy, which can be easily cleaned!! Walls had lots of dirty marks, skirting boards all had thick dust on them. Rooms need a really good through clean and could do with a lot of updating.
