I had a truly wonderful experience during my stay at The Sebel Quay West Sydney. From the very beginning, the communication and assistance provided by Katy Mac, the Service Manager, was exceptional. She was extremely helpful and ensured that everything went smoothly for our arrival. Throughout our stay, the staff and the hotel itself made a fantastic impression. I booked a Harbour View room, and the view was absolutely breathtaking. The hotel’s location is also excellent—very close to public transport and just a short walk to Circular Quay. The only downside was that the exit to Harrington Street was under maintenance, and the lift was not in service. This meant we had to take a longer route that involved a steep incline, which was a bit inconvenient. If the Harrington Street lift had been available, our experience would have been flawless. That being said, several staff members went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. I was especially impressed by Mr. Benjamin, who worked tirelessly from the moment we arrived. He was highly professional, attentive, and even ensured our breakfast was delivered promptly to our room. From the restaurant team, Ms. Kita and Ms. Ann provided warm and attentive service, making sure we had an outstanding dining experience. At the reception, Thomas also left a very positive impression with his excellent service. Overall, despite the minor inconvenience with the lift, the exceptional hospitality of the staff made our stay truly enjoyable. I would definitely return to this hotel again.

Excellent Hotel for location, view from Hotel observation Deck stunning! Breakfast was a pleasant surprise for price point. Service at breakfast and dinner excellent.... However, on this occasion meal at dinner service, not good.Served burnt potatoes, and the jus for the steak watery...May just be an "off night" for the Restaurant...hoping so, because the rest was solid.

Great location, unfortunately, the place is dated. It’s been left too long resting on location that the amenities need an upgrade, half the pool area was closed when I went. The restaurant was underwhelming, pouring rain left me with no other choice, it was over priced and under seasoned. It’s my first time staying here on business and I won’t be doing that again. Unfortunately the place could be amazing if it was given the love it deserves and needs!
