The hotel is located approximately a 30-minute drive from Cairns Airport (CNS). Airport transfers are not included in your stay, please plan accordingly.

Bookings (except for cruise bookings, flights and deposit fee, if applicable, which are subject to the cancellation terms of the relevant supplier) may be cancelled with a full refund provided that cancellation occurs strictly within 7 days from the date of purchase and provided that the cancellation is made no less than 14 days prior to the check-in date. Excludes flight and service fee, if applicable.
- Cancellations outside of the 7-Day Change of Mind period will not be provided, except as required by Australian Consumer Law, your local law or as otherwise provided for in the Fine Print.
Flexible Cancellation: You can cancel your booking for credit up until 45 days prior to the original check-in date. This can be done via self-service in your ‘My Escapes’ account. Your credit will be valid for 12 months from the date of cancellation. Credits are not transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash. Excludes service fee, if applicable.

Fine Print:
- The reef cruise included in your package is valid for two adults OR two adults and two children depending on the packaged purchased. Reef cruises for any additional guests are available for purchase at checkout.
- Quicksilver will be in touch within 1–2 business days to book in your desired date, which is subject to availability. If not available, customers will receive a full refund.
- Adult rates apply for ages 15 and above; child rates apply for ages 4–14.
- A family fare can be requested for a maximum of two adults and two children of the same family. Normal rates will apply for additional children.
- Children aged three and under may board the cruise free of charge, and must be booked directly with Quicksilver at the time of confirming dates.
- Drinks and snacks are available for purchase onboard.
- Certified divers must bring their certification card.
- Drones are not permitted.
- Fuel surcharge: With fluctuations in world oil prices, it may be necessary to apply a fuel surcharge to the ticket price. In such cases, any charge will be collected on departure.
- The following optional tours are available at an additional cost: introductory and certified scuba diving, ocean-walker helmet diving, marine biologist guided snorkel tours, scenic helicopter flights.
