The hotel is approximately a two-hour drive from Sydney and a 90-minute drive from Canberra. This hotel is a 1.5-hour drive from Sydney Kingsford Smith Airport (SYD). We organised a corporate event at Sebel this week and Amber was the designated person who looked after us and she was amazing. She communicated with us the plan for each day, the timings for the food, helped us to sort out the technical issues. The staff at the front desk were also very helpful. Great staff!

It was my husbands milestone birthday. From when I spoke to the receptionist, to check in, to the cafe and room service staff and a smile from the housekeeping staff everyone was helpful, warm and friendly. The receptionist was kind enough to mention my husband's birthday to the manager. A bottle of champagne was there on ice on our arrival with compliments from the manager. The gesture was very appreciated. This hotel is great. Clean, luxurious bedding, a spectacular view from the cafe. Great food and excellent staff. Thank you so much for a great stay.

Great location, nice accommodation and very friendly staff. We really appreciated that the staff worked over the Easter weekend, and even more so for their kindness. They gave us beach towels and directed us to the nearby ocean pools... made for great memories. The restaurant is excellent as well.

Fantastic location, the staff are amazing. However room 225 was so very disappointing. The room was grubby, marks on the wall, the curtains certainly needed repairing/ washing . Also balcony and outdoor furniture could do with a good clean . Bathroom floor and shower would benefit from a good scrub, plus furniture was outdated and very scratched. It cost $398.00 for one night’s accommodation, I used my points plus cash , but definitely didn’t get what I thought I was paying for ( see photos)
