Thanks to this little surprise by the sea, relaxation was possible. Upon arriving, I learned that my room had been upgraded, and I when I entered my room, I was again surprised by the thoughtful gifts left for me, welcoming me to the room, stay. I had a balcony room overlooking the sea view, and despite the rain, it was a wonderful sight. The room was well equipped for space and relaxation, with a few treats available for guests. The room was clean, and fresh, with ample supplies for the bathroom, and for late night snacks.

It was my husbands milestone birthday. From when I spoke to the receptionist, to check in, to the cafe and room service staff and a smile from the housekeeping staff everyone was helpful, warm and friendly. The receptionist was kind enough to mention my husband's birthday to the manager. A bottle of champagne was there on ice on our arrival with compliments from the manager. The gesture was very appreciated. This hotel is great. Clean, luxurious bedding, a spectacular view from the cafe. Great food and excellent staff. Thank you so much for a great stay.

Stayed at The Sebel for 2 nights. Unfortunately, the hotel restaurant was closed on Monday and Tuesday but were given good advice as to where to eat nearby. The Wednesday dinner at restaurant was very good. The room was clean, the bed soft and comfortable and the reception staff were very friendly and helpful.

Fantastic location, the staff are amazing. However room 225 was so very disappointing. The room was grubby, marks on the wall, the curtains certainly needed repairing/ washing . Also balcony and outdoor furniture could do with a good clean . Bathroom floor and shower would benefit from a good scrub, plus furniture was outdated and very scratched. It cost $398.00 for one night’s accommodation, I used my points plus cash , but definitely didn’t get what I thought I was paying for ( see photos)
