This new system will streamline immigration, making the process faster, easier and more secure, eliminating the need for paper forms.

Bookings (except for cruise bookings, flights and deposit fee, if applicable, which are subject to the cancellation terms of the relevant supplier) may be cancelled with a full refund provided that cancellation occurs strictly within 7 days from the date of purchase and provided that the cancellation is made no less than 14 days prior to the check-in date. Excludes flight and service fee, if applicable.
- Cancellations outside of the 7-Day Change of Mind period will not be provided, except as required by Australian Consumer Law, your local law or as otherwise provided for in the Fine Print.
Flexible Cancellation: You can cancel your booking for credit up until 21 days prior to the original check-in date. This can be done via self-service in your ‘My Escapes’ account. Your credit will be valid for 12 months from the date of cancellation. Credits are not transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash. Excludes service fee, if applicable.

Date Changes: If you need to amend your booking, you can self-service unlimited date changes in your ‘My Escapes’ account up until 21 days before your original check-in date. - All guests must be aged 12+ to stay in the Jacuzzi Villa.
- Daily buffet breakfast is served at Wild Ginger from 7am to 10.30am daily.
- Daily a la carte lunch and dinner is available at Wild Ginger from 11.30am to 8pm. Daily a la carte lunch and dinner each include one main dish per person, with both Western and Asian choices of cuisine.
- Daily drink is a choice of one cocktail, one beer, one glass of house wine or one soft drink per person and is served alongside lunch or dinner. Drink cannot be redeemed outside dining inclusion.
- Included massage is a 60-minute Thai massage, redeemable at The Sarann Spa. Advance reservation at least 24 hours is required.
Return Private Airport Transfers Inclusions & Fine Print
- Includes: A return private airport transfer, basic/sufficient English-speaking driver, airport parking fee, toll fee and one bottle of water per person.
- You will be emailed an online form to book your date and time within one to two days of purchase. Keep an eye out for an email from luxuryescapes@icstravel.com.
- Rates are per car, one way.
- A three-passenger car can fit three pieces of luggage. A six-passenger car can fit six pieces of luggage.
- An infant seat can be booked at THB210 per seat, each way or guests may bring their own.
- The driver will wait for a delay of up to one hour. After that point, the transfer will be considered cancelled.
