7-Day Change of Mind ‘No Questions Asked’ Refund Guarantee: Things don’t always work out. Our 7-day Change of Mind Guarantee is there to help. Bookings (except for cruise bookings, flights and deposit fee, if applicable, which are subject to the cancellation terms of the relevant supplier) may be cancelled with a full refund provided that cancellation occurs strictly within 7 days from the date of purchase and provided that the cancellation is made no less than 14 days prior to the check-in date. Excludes flight and service fee, if applicable.
- Cancellations outside of the 7-Day Change of Mind period will not be provided, except as required by Australian Consumer Law, your local law or as otherwise provided for in the Fine Print.
Flexible Cancellation: You can cancel your booking for credit up until 21 days prior to the original check-in date. This can be done via self-service in your ‘My Escapes’ account. Your credit will be valid for 12 months from the date of cancellation. Credits are not transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash. Excludes service fee, if applicable.

- Breakfast is buffet style, served at The Floating Market from 6am to 10.30am.
- The three-course lunch or dinner is available at any onsite restaurant from a set-menu only. The Overindulgence upgrade includes all three-course meals.
- The included massage is at the beachfront Sala Thai Massage.
- Nightly free-flow drinks are held at 3pm–4pm, and 6.30pm–7.30pm.
- Please note, due to ongoing construction work, the following areas will remain closed for a certain period: Floating Market Restaurant will remain closed from 18 August 2024 – 10 October 2024, Activity Room and Mango Bar will remain closed from 31 August 2024 – 10 October 2024 and Joy Zone Landscape will remain closed from 31 August 2024 – 15 September 2024
- During the closure period, guests can choose to have breakfast at Talay Restaurant, between 6am to 10.30am, set-menu lunch between 11am to 6pm and set-menu dinner between 6pm to 10.30pm. Alternatively, they can also have breakfast at Manta Ray Bistro Restaurant between 6am to 10.30am, set-menu lunch between 11am to 5pm and buffet dinner between 6pm to 12am.
One-Way Private Airport Transfer Inclusions & Fine Print
- Includes: A one-way private airport transfer, basic English-speaking driver, airport parking fee, toll fee and one bottle of water per person.
- You will be emailed an online form to book your date and time within one to two days of purchase.

- Rates are per car, one way.
- A three-passenger car can fit three pieces of luggage. A six-passenger car can fit six pieces of luggage.
- One infant seat can be pre-booked free of charge for the first seat. Additional seats will be charged THB210 per additional seat required.
- Guests may bring their own infant seat.
- Transfers required from 12am to 6am will be charged a supplement of THB350 per vehicle per way.
- The driver will wait for a delay of up to one hour. After that point, the transfer will be considered cancelled.
