Nyepi Day: Please note the Nyepi Day of Silence will take place on 29 March 2025 during which airports are closed and check-in/checkout at the resort are unavailable.
Blackout Dates & Surcharges: A non-refundable surcharge per room, per night may apply, payable at the time of booking. Dates and prices are identified in the Booking Calendar. Blackout dates may apply.
7-Day Change of Mind ‘No Questions Asked’ Refund Guarantee: Things don’t always work out. Our 7-day Change of Mind Guarantee is there to help. Bookings (except for cruise bookings, flights and deposit fee, if applicable, which are subject to the cancellation terms of the relevant supplier) may be cancelled with a full refund provided that cancellation occurs strictly within 7 days from the date of purchase and provided that the cancellation is made no less than 14 days prior to the check-in date. Excludes flight and service fee, if applicable.
- Cancellations outside of the 7-Day Change of Mind period will not be provided, except as required by Australian Consumer Law, your local law or as otherwise provided for in the Fine Print.
Flexible Cancellation: You can cancel your booking for credit up until 21 days prior to the original check-in date. This can be done via self-service in your ‘My Escapes’ account. Your credit will be valid for 12 months from the date of cancellation. Credits are not transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash. Excludes service fee, if applicable.
Please note this does not apply to flights booked with us. Flight fulfilment is provided by the airline(s) selected at the time of finalising the booking. For your air travel, you are bound by the terms and conditions and fare rules of the selected airline(s).
Date Changes: If you need to amend your booking, you can self-service unlimited date changes in your ‘My Escapes’ account up until 21 days before your original check-in date. If you can’t find a suitable date, or still need further assistance, please contact our 24/7 customer service team. Subject to availability and surcharges.

- The Kanaya Spa is open from 11am to 7pm daily.
- A la carte breakfast is available in-villa from 7.30am to 10.30am daily.
Airport Transfers Inclusions & Fine Print
- Inclusions: Return airport transfers, English-speaking driver, airport parking fee and toll fee, one bottle of 330ml water per person
- You will be emailed an online form to book in your date and time within 1-2 days of purchase. Keep an eye out for an email from luxuryescapes@icstravel.com.
- Three-passenger car can fit three pieces of luggage. Six-passenger car can fit six pieces.
- Infant seat can be pre-booked at IDR35,000 per seat each way. Guests can bring their own.
- Drivers will wait for delays of up to one hour. After that, the transfer will be considered cancelled.
Tropical Temptation Beach Club Inclusions & Fine Print
- Inclusions: Enjoy free entrance to Tropical Temptation Beach Club in the First Party Area including one cocktail or mocktail per adult per day of entry and a 35% discount on minimum spend for upgrades including VIP area and cabanas.
- Transport to and from the Beach Club is not included, however can be arranged for a fee by emailing luxuryescapes@icstravelgroup.com or via WhatsApp +62 811 3960 6800.
- Must present Luxury Escapes booking confirmation on entry (subject to availability).
- Minimum age for entry is 10 years. Children under the age of 10 years will be unable to enter the venue. Children are not allowed in the pool area after 5pm, after which time children are only permitted in the lounge area and must be supervised by an adult at all times.
- Luxury Escapes highly recommends pre-booking your preferred date & time online prior to arrival to avoid disappointment (IDR 30,000 online booking fee applies – approximately A$3). The booking process is:

Trans Studio Bali Inclusions & Fine Print
- Inclusions: Full-day entry to Trans Studio Bali Indoor Theme Park, with access to five different zones: Port of Liverpool, Camera Zone, Culture Zone, Adventure Zone and Action Zone.
- To secure your ticket and reservation, email infotsbali@transstudiobali.com with your requested booking date, along with your booking ID at least 48 hours before your requested date.
- Valid for entry through to 30 June 2025 only, extensions are not available.
- Park hours are subject to change. It is advised to check Trans Studio Bali website closer to your travel date.
- Children aged 13+ are allowed to play alone without a companion. However, please notice the height requirements and guidelines applied on each rides. Adults over 18 are allowed to accompany children. Please note that visitors who will enter without adults are required to show an ID / KTP / KIA card to staff at the entrance gate.
- There is a minimum height required for each ride and also a maximum height required for some rides.
- Food and drinks from outside Trans Studio Bali are not permitted. Food and drinks are available inside for purchase (own expense).
- Transfers are not included.
- Ticket includes entry to all rides (except iFly).
- Ticket can only be used on the selected ticket date provided when booking (cannot be extended). Please consider opening hours before ordering and visiting.
