From the moment you arrive at The Sakala Resort Bali, you won’t want to leave this slice of paradise. Take your pick of sandy stretches: Tanjung Beach is known for its thrilling water sports activities – think jet skiing, snorkelling and banana boating along the turquoise water – while Samuh Beach is exclusive to the resort, and comes kitted out with cabanas and loungers and a beach bar to spend the day relaxing by the ocean. Nusa Dua is only a 10-minute drive down the road, where you can find plenty of shops, restaurants and beaches to keep you entertained. 7-Day Change of Mind ‘No Questions Asked’ Refund Guarantee: Things don’t always work out. Our 7-day Change of Mind Guarantee is there to help. Bookings (except for cruise bookings, flights and deposit fee, if applicable, which are subject to the cancellation terms of the relevant supplier) may be cancelled with a full refund provided that cancellation occurs strictly within 7 days from the date of purchase and provided that the cancellation is made no less than 14 days prior to the check-in date. Excludes flight and service fee, if applicable.

Flexible Cancellation: You can cancel your booking for credit up until 21 days prior to the original check-in date. This can be done via self-service in your ‘My Escapes’ account. Your credit will be valid for 12 months from the date of cancellation. Credits are not transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash. Excludes service fee, if applicable.

Please note this does not apply to flights booked with us. Flight fulfilment is provided by the airline(s) selected at the time of finalising the booking. For your air travel, you are bound by the terms and conditions and fare rules of the selected airline(s).

Date Changes: If you need to amend your booking, you can self-service unlimited date changes in your ‘My Escapes’ account up until 21 days before your original check-in date. If you can’t find a suitable date, or still need further assistance, please contact our 24/7 customer service team. Subject to availability and surcharges.

Please Note:

• Dining inclusions do not include drinks (unless otherwise stated). Menus are subject to change without notice.
• Daily buffet breakfast is served at The Restaurant from 7am to 10.30am.
• Guests can choose a combination of two two-course lunches or dinners from the Sakala Beach Club Restaurant. Some menu items may require a supplement.
• Guests need to pre-book their cooking demonstration and towel origami class at the front desk upon arrival.
• Guests must pre-book their included 60-minute massage at least 24 hours prior.
• Daily cocktail and mocktail can be enjoyed at any of the resort’s bars – Sakala Beach Club, Lagoon Pool Bar or Lobby Bar – in their usual opening hours.
• Movie on the beach with bonfire experience is subject to weather conditions and the resort’s weekly schedule.

Deluxe Roundtrip Airport Transfers (Upgraded packages only)

Inclusions:

• Roundtrip deluxe transfers to and from Ngurah Rai International Airport (DPS).
• Basic English-speaking driver.
• All airport and toll fees.
• One bottle of water per person.

Fine Print:

• You will be emailed an online form to book your date and time within 1-2 days of purchase. Keep an eye out for an email from luxuryescapes@icstravelapi.com.
• One three-passenger car can fit three pieces of luggage.
• An infant seat can be pre-booked at US$3 per seat, each way. Guests may also bring their own.
• The driver will wait for a delay of up to one hour. After that, the transfer will be considered cancelled.
