- Any unused credit cannot be exchanged for cash and will be forfeited.
- Daily cocktail at Entrepôt can be redeemed during opening hours, 4pm to 7pm.
- Club access (select packages only) includes all-day access to the Club Lounge 1823 Reading Room between 12pm and 10pm and refreshments and pastries all day, plus evening cocktails between 6pm and 8pm.
- One cocktail at Chandu Bar (select packages only) per stay on Sundays to Thursdays from 5pm to 12am and on Fridays and Saturdays from 5pm to 1am.
