No Worries… If your booking is with a property located in Australia or New Zealand you can make unlimited changes to the date of your booking, as long as it’s at least 21 days before your original check-in date. Classic Guest Room & Playford King Room – Packages are valid for two people.

Maximum Room Capacity: The maximum room capacity is two guests and one baby. Additional guests of any age are not permitted.

Baby Policy: One baby (aged under two years) may stay free of charge. A cot can be provided by the hotel free of charge, subject to availability.

Playford Twin Queen Room – Packages are valid for  two adults and two children aged 11 years and under.

Maximum Room Capacity: The maximum room capacity is three adults or two adults and two children.

Extra Guest Policy: An additional guest (aged 12 years and over) may stay in place of the two included children for a surcharge of A$104 per night, sleeping on existing bedding with accommodation and breakfast only. Payable directly to the hotel.

Baby Policy: One baby (aged under two years) may stay free of charge and will count towards the room capacity. A cot can be provided by the hotel free of charge, subject to availability.

Studio Spa Suite – Packages are valid for two people.

Maximum Room Capacity: The maximum room capacity is three guests.

Extra Guest Policy: An additional guest of any age may stay for a surcharge of A$104 per night, sleeping on a rollaway bed with accommodation and breakfast only. Payable directly to the hotel.

Baby Policy: One baby (aged under two years) may stay free of charge and will count towards the room capacity. A cot can be provided by the hotel free of charge, subject to availability.
