The Pearl Resort & Spa Fiji

The Pearl Resort is located on Pacific Harbour, known as the adventure capital of Fiji. The island’s longest stretch of white-sand beach is at your doorstep, while a handful of restaurants serving up mouthwatering bites are dotted along Queens Road, accessible on foot or by car. The resort is located approximately a 2.5-hour drive from Nadi Airport (NAN). Airport transfers are not included in your package, please plan accordingly.

Christmas Buffet Lunch: For stays on 25 December, an additional surcharge of FJ$130 per adult (18+) and FJ$70 per child (4–18) applies for the optional Christmas buffet lunch. Payable directly to the resort.

New Year’s Gala Dinner: For stays on 31 December, an additional surcharge of FJ$120 per adult (18+) and FJ$65 per child (4–18) applies for the optional New Year’s Gala dinner. Payable directly to the resort.

Blackout Dates & Surcharges: A non-refundable surcharge per room, per night may apply, payable at the time of booking. Dates and prices are identified in the Booking Calendar. Blackout dates may apply.

7-Day Change of Mind ‘No Questions Asked’ Refund Guarantee: Things don’t always work out. Our 7-day Change of Mind Guarantee is there to help. Bookings (except for cruise bookings, flights and deposit fee, if applicable, which are subject to the cancellation terms of the relevant supplier) may be cancelled with a full refund provided that cancellation occurs strictly within 7 days from the date of purchase and provided that the cancellation is made no less than 14 days prior to the check-in date. Excludes flight and service fee, if applicable.

Flexible Cancellation: You can cancel your booking for credit up until 21 days prior to the original check-in date. This can be done via self-service in your ‘My Escapes’ account. Your credit will be valid for 12 months from the date of cancellation. Credits are not transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash. Excludes service fee, if applicable.

Please note this does not apply to flights booked with us. Flight fulfilment is provided by the airline(s) selected at the time of finalising the booking. For your air travel, you are bound by the terms and conditions and fare rules of the selected airline(s).

Date Changes: If you need to amend your booking, you can self-service unlimited date changes in your ‘My Escapes’ account up until 21 days before your original check-in date. If you can’t find a suitable date, or still need further assistance, please contact our 24/7 customer service team. Subject to availability and surcharges.

Please Note:

• Dining inclusions do not include drinks (unless otherwise stated). Menus are subject to change without notice.
• All guests receive complimentary welcome drink and minted towel, use of snorkeling equipment, in-house movies, select non-motorised water sports (stand-up paddle board, kayak, snorkeling) and daily activities program.
• Breakfast is served from 7am until 10am, lunch from 10am, and dinner from 5pm until 10pm. The included lunch is served as one course.
• The included dinner is either two courses or buffet (on select nights). Some menu items include a surcharge.
• Adults staying in Premium Rooms can also access the adults-only pool.
• Advance bookings are required for all massages at the spa. Please contact the resort to arrange.
• The resort offers complimentary kid-friendly scheduled activities every day. Daily activities run from 10am to 4pm.

Airport Transfer Inclusions & Fine Print:

• Tour Managers Fiji will be in touch within two business days to book in your desired date.
• Please note, guests may be sharing the transfers to and from The Pearl Resort with other Luxury Escapes members also travelling to The Pearl Resort
• Any bookings received within 48 hours of date of service will be subject to availability of vehicles.
• In the event Tour Managers Fiji is unable to provide this transfer we will provide you with alternative options.
• This experience does not include: infant car seat. Pre-book when selecting dates at a cost of FJ$18.
• Alternatively guests can bring their own if they advise Tour Managers Fiji in advance.
• Transfer services and any specific requests for a type of vehicle are subject to availability.
• Where our vehicles are fully booked, Tour Managers Fiji will offer transfers with one of its preferred transport subcontractors. This will be advised at time of booking and will be confirmed if you approve.
• Postponements due to flight delays where service is re-booked for a later date or time will incur no fees.
• Waiting time charges: For the 1st hour; 50% of the transfer rate will be charged. For more than 2 hours; additional 50% of the transfer rate will be charged for every additional hour.
• There is a limit of one standard size suitcase allowed per person on Tour Managers Fiji vehicle.
• Any excess luggage such as surfboards, golf bags, wheelchairs and the like is subject to an additional cost per piece of excess luggage.
• Any late booking within 24hrs period, please do contact us directly via phone call followed by an email.
• All guests must call or contact Tour Managers Fiji to re-confirm pick-up and drop off details for the return journey should this be booked with Tour Managers Fiji.
• Cancellations are entitled to a full refund if made 21 days prior to departure.
