High end luxury. Top notch service. Excellent food and drink. Nicest Toto fully automatic toilets available. Huge spacious rooms and bathrooms. Everything is over the top luxury. Didn't leave the resort for days and never got bored. Great pools to choose from and an excellent, clean beach. 5 stars all the way around. Wonderful breakfast. The entire staff is trained very well, very nice, and fluent in English. No complaints whatsoever! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 🅰️➕️

We recently enjoyed a seven-night stay. I found that the resort's size somewhat diminished the atmosphere. Furthermore, its isolated location made it impossible to easily access nearby restaurants or bars on foot. The evening entertainment options were somewhat limited, concluding by 9:00 PM. I would also like to mention that the cost of beverages was very high.

We stayed four nights with family to conclude our Bali trip. The hotel is great, with professional, friendly staff and likely the best restaurants in Nusa Dua. However, the secluded location makes walking outside difficult. The coconut drink at 181,000 RP was outrageously overpriced compared to the usual 35,000 RP elsewhere. Daily poolside staff promoting every single day the hotel activities, was feeling a bit boring (staff was doing the job, it's more a feedback to their management to may be find a more subtle way to propose activities to their guests). On the last night, a wedding party led to security blocking a paved beach path, forcing guests to navigate a dark, sandy route with stones—unsafe for families with kids and inconsiderate to other guests.
