Nyepi Day: Please note the Nyepi Day of Silence will take place on 29 March 2025 during which airports are closed and check-in/checkout at the resort are unavailable.

7-Day Change of Mind ‘No Questions Asked’ Refund Guarantee: Things don’t always work out. Our 7-day Change of Mind Guarantee is there to help. Bookings (except for cruise bookings, flights and deposit fee, if applicable, which are subject to the cancellation terms of the relevant supplier) may be cancelled with a full refund provided that cancellation occurs strictly within 7 days from the date of purchase and provided that the cancellation is made no less than 14 days prior to the check-in date. Excludes flight and service fee, if applicable.
- Cancellations outside of the 7-Day Change of Mind period will not be provided, except as required by Australian Consumer Law, your local law or as otherwise provided for in the Fine Print.
Flexible Cancellation: You can cancel your booking for credit up until 21 days prior to the original check-in date. This can be done via self-service in your ‘My Escapes’ account. Your credit will be valid for 12 months from the date of cancellation. Credits are not transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash. Excludes service fee, if applicable.

Return Airport Transfers Inclusions & Fine Print
- Includes: English-speaking driver; airport parking fee and toll fee; and a 330ml bottle of water per person.
- You will be emailed a form to book in your date and time within 1-2 days of purchase.
- Three-passenger car can fit three pieces of luggage. Six-passenger car can fit six pieces.
- Infant seat can be pre-booked at US$3 per seat each way or you may bring your own seat to fit in the car.
- Driver will wait for delay of up to one hour. After that, the transfer will be considered cancelled.
Tropical Temptation Beach Club Inclusions & Fine Print
- Includes: Enjoy free entrance to Tropical Temptation in the First Party Area, including one cocktail or mocktail per adult and a 35% discount on minimum spend for upgrades, including VIP area and cabanas.
