Heaven right here at Kovalam! Great property and great view! The pools available for suite residents has amazing view! Buffet breakfast is quite a spread! Our room was right on the cliff, with the sound of waves crashing all night! It was such a soothing lullaby! Good cozy place to read if you are a reader, houses a really good library/reading room. Easy access to beach, property’s pools also have great view during sunset, merging into sea. Highly recommended for a staycation, haven to unwind and relax.

I would like to express my sincere gratitude to Ms. Sushmita Pal for her exceptional support during our stay — right from a smooth check-in and room upgrade to a seamless check-out experience. She truly made our visit special. A big thank you to the wonderful dining team — Sivani, Sejal, Akhilesh, and Dishant — for their warm hospitality and for serving us such delicious food every day. The variety at both breakfast and dinner was simply outstanding, and we genuinely enjoyed every meal. Special thanks also to Reshma for her kind assistance and ever-smiling presence throughout our stay. The overall vibes of the resort, the beautiful cultural program, and the amazing service made our experience unforgettable. Even our baby had a great time in the play area, enjoying every moment with lots of fun and laughter. Truly, The Leela stands out as one of the best resorts with its unmatched hospitality and attention to detail. Thank you once again to the entire team for making our trip so memorable! We had a wonderful stay at The Leela. The hotel is stunning — beautifully maintained grounds, luxurious facilities, and excellent food. The spa experience in particular was exceptional and became one of the highlights of our trip. The staff is extremely attentive and genuinely wants to help, which we appreciated, though at times it felt a bit overwhelming. There were a few moments where we didn’t feel fully supported — for example, we requested to meet with the astrologer multiple times, only to later discover they were not in town. Clearer communication would have made a big difference. We also weren’t notified about all the activities happening at the hotel, which made us feel like we missed out on some experiences. Additionally, the beach, while beautiful, isn’t as private as the promotions might lead you to believe. Overall, it was an amazing stay with just a few small areas for improvement. We still highly recommend the property and truly enjoyed our time here.

Leela Raviz Kovalam is the best Hill top Property in India (Period) Charles Correa the architect who designed sloping architecture that blends into the landscape this property is a master piece in design it’s magical. The best of the best location, Hospitality and warmth it rewrites what good hospitality is. After a very long time i have experienced such a well trained staff who has a sense of ownership of the brand and always with a welcoming smile. Clearly the team is motivated and they are good in number of staff as the property is very large so they need good amount of staff to maintain it at its best. The Food The Vibe The Location is just dreamy. The GM Mr Ayyappan was present and motivating the staff when they organised the Christmas Plum Cake making in the lobby of the Hotel. Scope of Improvement is the Club Rooms The Club Rooms are too tight for comfort the view is superb but does not appeal to the Guest without space in the room i request the management to surely club 2 rooms in 1 so the guest can enjoy the grandness of this Hotel & its View from the room. The food is top notch and so is this vibe. Special mention of the Master Chef Somnath , Butler Bismi available on What’s App all day long and Leela Taxi Driver Ramesh the Trio was the best. Leela Raviz just stay as you are and improve as i will be back soon, Thank you 🌟
