We stayed here for my mum’s 60th birthday. The staff went over and beyond to make my mum feel very special and to help us celebrate her birthday in style. We booked the pink taxi via the black cab central and that was actually the highlight of mums entire weekend. The driver picked us up from our home and took us into the Langham. Stopping at the rocks for some photos we will cherish always. They opened the car door for us and drove very safely, even played my mum’s favorite music. Once we checked into the hotel my Mum was surprised with balloons, treats and champagne in our room, All kindly organized by the lovely staff. The rooms are so clean and spacious, we had a harbour view and it was stunning. The hotel has a lovely scent as you walk in, concierge are so helpful and friendly. The high tea is perfection, such a lovely amount of food. The buffet breakfast is a must, so much to choose from and you can request to have your eggs cooked anyway. The day spa is beautiful, I had one of the best massages. The pool does have a strong chlorine smell but as least you know it’s clean. We will definitely be coming back to stay here for future. Best hotel experience we have had in a long time.

Absolutely loved our stay at The Langham, Sydney! The rooms were beautifully designed, spacious, and incredibly comfortable. The service was top-notch—every staff member was friendly, professional, and attentive to our needs. The location is also perfect, offering a quiet escape while still being close to all the major attractions. From the luxurious amenities to the seamless hospitality, everything exceeded our expectations. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a premium experience in Sydney!

The most beautiful stay. Everything was immaculate and luxurious. My partner and I felt welcomed and looked after - highly recommend this place! Service, rooms & location was one of the best. The beds and pillows are also incredibly comfortable which gave me the best sleep
