We didn’t stay there this time, as we are locals, but did so when it first opened. Three of us had Afternoon Tea in the Palm Court at The Langham Gold Coast, celebrating a birthday. We booked months ago and had confirmed for three by phone and email in the week preceding. The Afternoon Tea was $95pp and that included two coffees or pots of tea and 10 food items per person. We didn’t have a glass of champagne as the cheapest was $42! Cocktails were from $26-$38. Sadly, there was a 45 minute delay in us receiving our food and we had to ask why. It turned out they prepared a platter for two when we were three, so it was served to another table that arrived 30 minutes after we did. By way of apology, they did offer glasses of Prosecco or a Mocktail while we waited. When the food did arrive, it was delicate and delicious with four sweet options, four savoury options and two scones with jam, cream and lemon curd. The full menu is in the photos. The ambience is elegant and sophisticated, and we’ve always loved the Langham Signature Scent (Ginger Flower, Green Grass, Rose, Lily of the Valley and Jasmine) wafting throughout the Hotel. I consider this to be a special occasion venue. They made it special by bringing a plate of truffles at the end!

Outstanding! This is the hotel to stay at on the Gold Coast. Make sure you opt for the buffet breakfast as it's one of the best. The room was beautiful and you just dont want to leave it. The lobby bar was relaxing and the prices aren't too silly either. The indoor pool was handy due to the weather and the gym is large with a great view out. Will definitely return.

From the moment we arrived at The Langham Brisbane, the experience was nothing short of exceptional. The customer service is truly world-class—every staff member, from the front desk to the butlers, went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect. Nothing was ever too much of a hassle, and we felt genuinely cared for throughout. We were fortunate to receive a complimentary upgrade to a stunning ocean view room, which made our stay even more memorable. The room itself was immaculate—spotlessly clean, beautifully designed, and incredibly comfortable, even the baby cots were set up and super comfortable, Bub slept solid. Dining at The Langham was another highlight. The buffet breakfast was generous and delicious, offering a wide selection of high-quality dishes. Every meal we had was expertly prepared and full of flavour. Overall, The Langham Brisbane exceeded all expectations. It’s a place where luxury meets warmth, and we can’t wait to return again with our bub. Highly recommended

Wow. The view is unbeatable. The rooms are very well laid out, spacious and all amenities suit the price tag. As an example the slippers are actual beach proper branded flip flops. The kitchen has all the utensils you need, a full size fridge and plenty of storage space. There are two pool areas plus direct beach access. Being winter we used the indoor pool which also had a sauna. Parking is also free which was great. Breakfast was ok but coming from the JW it just wasn’t quite as good. It’s pricey but was well worth it.
