Due to the requirements of the Hong Kong government, a 3% hotel accommodation tax will be reinstated effective January 1, 2025 and included in the rate.

Had 3 rooms and 2 of them had leak around toilet bowl and there was either sewage smell or poop smell. Michael Wong, the Director of Rooms, ensured we were looked after properly and turnaround the failure

Our “luxury” stay was a series of delays, misrepresentations, and poor service. After a long flight, we arrived at 5 PM — two hours after the stated 3 PM check-in — yet our room was still not ready. When we finally got in, it reeked of mold. We paid extra for an upgrade, only to be told it wouldn’t be available until 6 PM because it was *being used as a staff training room*. The “city view” we booked was a complete misrepresentation — the hotel is boxed in on all sides by buildings, so there is no view at all. The front desk was cold, disengaged, and offered no welcome or information. Only the concierge team showed professionalism. The breakfast staff, however, were outright rude, with moments that felt discriminatory — attitudes that have no place in hospitality. Far below the standards The Langham claims to uphold. Misleading. Poorly managed. Unforgettable — for all the wrong reasons.

I was disappointed about they were not notified us when I was check in that all the drinks were charged in the mini bar. All the drinks were triple price on the regular market price. Also, the price list was hidden, and you have to be very careful otherwise you will miss it. Please be considerate before you planning to book this hotel.
