The Landmark Bangkok is set on fashionable Sukhumvit Road, a short walk from BTS Skytrain station and the city’s most exciting sights. Within walking distance you’ll find Lumphini Park and an array of shops, restaurants and bars. The hotel is approximately a 30-minute drive from Suvarnabhumi Airport (BKK). Transfers are not included. Please plan accordingly.

Starting 1 May 2025, all non-Thai nationals entering Thailand must complete the Thailand Digital Arrival Card (TDAC) online within three days of their arrival. This new requirement aims to streamline the immigration process and replace the traditional paper-based form, offering greater convenience and efficiency for travellers.

Travellers holding non-Thai passports who are transiting through Thailand without passing through immigration are exempt from this requirement.

The lobby, newly renovated is beautiful. The rooms have not been touched for many years. They are old and tired, I was disappointed to be honest. Fantastic location, staff were very friendly and helpful. Check in and out was seamless

Disappointed by blunt, inaccurate and unsympathetic response from reservations I’m writing to express my disappointment with the reply I received from your reservations team (signed by Archaya Kraikittiwut). We reached out during a very emotional time for our family to arrange a small surprise for our son’s birthday and to acknowledge our wedding anniversary. Unfortunately, the response came across as blunt and lacking empathy, and it also contained an inaccuracy about room categories. 1) Blunt tone and lack of empathy Phrases such as “we can set up a decoration on the bed for 1 occasion only” and “we are unable to give the complimentary as this service is from outsource company” read like policy recitations rather than a guest‑centred reply. There was no warmth, no congratulations for our anniversary, and no acknowledgement that we were trying to make our son’s birthday special. A simple “Happy Birthday to your son” or “Congratulations on your anniversary” would have gone a long way. 2) Inaccurate information about room upgrade I was told “your room that booked is the highest categories,” which is not correct. There is a higher category—the Two‑Bedroom Executive Suite—so stating ours was the highest is misleading. If upgrades are not available, I would prefer an honest, transparent explanation (e.g., occupancy, rate restrictions), rather than a blanket statement that isn’t accurate. 3) No recognition of loyalty or our anniversary As regular members, we were surprised that our anniversary wasn’t acknowledged at all. Even if only one “occasion” can be decorated, a brief note, amenity card, or a warm line in the email would have shown basic recognition of our loyalty and the significance of the date. 4) Missed opportunity to offer alternatives Even if airport transfers can’t be complimentary due to outsourcing, offering options (estimated prices, trusted vendors, or arranging on our behalf) would have been helpful and service‑minded
