Excellent service from doorman to housekeeping great size rooms we had the king bathrooom is wonderful room service great I’ve stayed in nyc three times and this is by far the best. Great midtown location near subway only took one point off due to scaffolding on the front of the building. Nothing is too much rooftop bar is expensive but a great experience and the cafe underneath in the foyer is fantastic and easy thank you so much knickerbocker

I get at the hotel and the reservation was not paid, they charge me almost 2,000 dollars to be able to gave me the room. at the end all was solve and they release that money back to me.
