The Jimbaran Villa is a perfectly located beach-lovers retreat, just a 15-minute walk or two-minute drive from the pristine Jimbaran Beach, where you can enjoy a dip in the refreshing crystal-clear waters or walk along the sand until you find the perfect restaurant or bar to sit and watch as the sun sets over the horizon. Bali’s iconic Rock Bar is an easy ten-minute drive away. The property is approximately a 30-minute drive from Ngurah Rai International Airport (DPS). Transfers are not included in your package, please plan accordingly.

Superb service, place, super clean. Food was unreal, we like this place so much from the day one to last day we stay. Comfortable, feel private and safe. Thanks to Bayu and Adrian for the top service they provide. We surely want to come back!!

nice villa near the airport. the staff was great, the service and the contents of the villa are great. the only caveat is that in some places the villa needs cosmetic repairs, but this is not critical, but rather would simply improve the overall appearance. we were satisfied.

I had an amazing experience staying at The Jimbaran Villa. The rooms are beautiful, spacious, and incredibly comfortable. Every detail in the room is thoughtfully designed to provide maximum relaxation. The bed was cozy, and the ambiance of the room made it a perfect retreat after a long day of exploring. The location is also a big plus—strategically placed near Airport, it’s easy to access local attractions and restaurants, including the famous seafood cafes along the beach. It’s a peaceful area, making it ideal for both relaxation and convenience. The staff were friendly and attentive, always ensuring that I had everything I needed for a pleasant stay. The villa's facilities, including the pool and the lush garden, added to the overall tranquil vibe. Overall, I highly recommend The Jimbaran Villa for anyone looking for a comfortable and relaxing getaway in Bali. It’s a great combination of luxury, comfort, and location.

Our stay at The Jimbaran Villa, booked via Luxury Escapes, was deeply disappointing and did not reflect the promises made during the booking process — especially given the importance of the occasion: our wedding. Upon arrival, we faced a delayed check-in of over 30 minutes despite arriving after the official check-in time. Service throughout the stay was consistently poor: we were even woken up at midnight for a question about breakfast preferences that had already been discussed earlier. The quality of breakfast was below any reasonable 5-star expectation — often incorrect and poorly prepared. The most serious failure occurred the night before our wedding, when a power outage left us without electricity and water until well past midday. Unlike neighboring properties, The Jimbaran Villa had no functioning backup generator. As a result, we were unable to shower, use basic facilities, or properly prepare for our wedding day — an impact that cannot be overstated. Only by early afternoon did the property suggest relocating us to a different hotel — far too late to be a practical solution. While the local management offered a "compensatory dinner," it turned out to be the same basic breakfast menu, repackaged — hardly an appropriate or sincere gesture. Following our complaints, we contacted Luxury Escapes directly, expecting more support given their branding as a platform offering "hand-picked, premium experiences." Unfortunately, their response was disappointing. Despite fully acknowledging the situation, they refused any meaningful compensation because the villa declined responsibility. Instead, they offered a £50 promo code — a token gesture that felt impersonal, generic, and inadequate considering the significant emotional and financial impact this stay had on such an important occasion. Overall, The Jimbaran Villa is not a property that can be relied upon for major life events — it lacks basic infrastructure and service standards. Equally, Luxury Escapes' response — passing responsibility to the property without advocating for the customer — raises serious questions about their advertised "luxury" guarantee. This was supposed to be a once-in-a-lifetime memory for all the right reasons. Unfortunately, it became memorable for all the wrong ones.
