The hotel is located approximately a 15-minute drive from Mount Gambier Airport (MGB). Airport transfers are not included in your package, please plan accordingly.

7-Day Change of Mind ‘No Questions Asked’ Refund Guarantee: Things don’t always work out. Our 7-day Change of Mind Guarantee is there to help. Bookings (except for cruise bookings and flights) may be cancelled with a full refund provided that cancellation occurs strictly within 7 days from the date of purchase and provided that the cancellation is made no less than 14 days prior to the check-in date.
Flexible Cancellation: You can cancel your booking for Scoopon credit up until 21 days prior to the original check-in date. This can be done via self-service in your ‘My Escapes’ account. Your Scoopon credit will be valid for 12 months from the date of cancellation. Credits are not transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash.

Date Changes: If you need to amend your booking, you can self-service unlimited date changes in your ‘My Escapes’ account up until 21 days before your original check-in date. - Complimentary onsite parking is outdoor and not guarded.
- The à la carte breakfast is served from 7am until 10am at noky restaurant.
- Nightly drink is a choice between tap beer, house wine or a soft drink.
- Guests are able to choose one dish off the à la carte menu for the included dinner, and the bottle of wine is a choice of shiraz, sauvignon blanc or pinot chardonnay sparkling. Dinner will be served from 5pm until 9pm on Monday to Saturday.
- Rooms may have limited space if there is a cot provided.
