7-Day Change of Mind ‘No Questions Asked’ Refund Guarantee: Things don’t always work out. Our 7-day Change of Mind Guarantee is there to help. Bookings (except for cruise bookings, flights and deposit fee, if applicable, which are subject to the cancellation terms of the relevant supplier) may be cancelled with a full refund provided that cancellation occurs strictly within 7 days from the date of purchase and provided that the cancellation is made no less than 14 days prior to the check-in date. Excludes flight and service fee, if applicable.

Cancellations outside of the 7-Day Change of Mind period will not be provided, except as required by Australian Consumer Law, your local law or as otherwise provided for in the Fine Print.

Flexible Cancellation: You can cancel your booking for credit up until 21 days before the original check-in date. This can be done via self-service in your ‘My Escapes’ account. Your credit will be valid for 12 months from the date of cancellation. Credits are not transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash. Excludes service fee, if applicable.

Please note this does not apply to flights booked with us. Flight fulfilment is provided by the airline(s) selected at the time of finalising the booking. For your air travel, you are bound by the terms and conditions and fare rules of the selected airline(s).

Valid for travel from 21 May 2026 until 1 June 2027 (bookings must be made before 2 May 2027).

Child Policy: Guests under 12 are not permitted and cannot be accommodated.

Compulsory New Year’s Gala Dinner: For stays on 31 December, an additional surcharge of THB6,000 per guest (12+) applies for the compulsory New Year’s Gala dinner. Payable directly to the resort.

Dining inclusions do not include drinks (unless otherwise stated). Menus are subject to change without notice.

• Daily buffet breakfast is served from 6.30am – 10.30am at Sundial Restaurant.
• Two-course set-menu lunch or dinner is available at Vongole Restaurant.
  • Lunch is served from 12pm – 2pm and dinner is from 6.30pm – 10pm.
• Free-flow drinks hour includes select cocktails, local beer, spirits, soft drinks, juices and bottled water. Free-flow hour is served at Angel Wing Bar between 2pm – 3pm. Please note, a wristband is required to redeem and guests may only order one drink per person at a time.
• All-day free-flow (select packages only) is available at Vongole Restaurant from 11am – 10pm, Vongole Bar from 11am – 5pm and Angel Wing Bar from 2pm – 10pm. Please note a wristband is required to redeem and guests can only order one drink per person at a time. Drinks include select cocktails, local beer, spirits, soft drinks.
• Please note no alcohol will be served on Buddhist religious days by the Lunar calendar year, and as directed by the local government on election days or any other day as directed.
• Massages can be redeemed at Aqua Spa from 10am – 6pm and must be booked in advance. Reservations can be made by contacting respa@thehavenkhaolak.com.
• The complimentary scheduled shuttle services the city centre on market days (excluding Tuesdays), departing from the hotel at 2.15pm and 4.15pm and departing the town at 4.30pm and 6.30pm, subject to change. The shuttle has limited seats and is provided on a first come, first served basis.

Return Private Airport Transfers Inclusions & Fine Print (select packages only)

• Includes: A return private airport transfer, basic/sufficient English-speaking driver, airport parking fee, toll fee and one bottle of water per person.
• You will be required to update your transfer information after making your booking. Transfer information includes:
  • Flight number and arrival time
  • Child seats requirements
  • Number of pieces of luggage including large items
• You will receive an automated confirmation of your transfer when booking, with a final confirmation sent to you within seven days of your nominated travel date.
• Transfers can accommodate up to three luggage pieces or suitcases (sedan) or six luggage pieces or suitcases (van) per vehicle. Fees may apply for excess baggage.
• A complimentary infant or child seat can be booked each way or guests may bring their own.
• The driver will wait for a delay of up to one hour. After that point, the transfer will be considered cancelled. It is recommended to have your phone available on arrival should your driver need to contact you.
