7-Day Change of Mind ‘No Questions Asked’ Refund Guarantee: Things don’t always work out. Our 7-day Change of Mind Guarantee is there to help. Bookings (except for cruise bookings, flights and deposit fee, if applicable, which are subject to the cancellation terms of the relevant supplier) may be cancelled with a full refund provided that cancellation occurs strictly within 7 days from the date of purchase and provided that the cancellation is made no less than 14 days prior to the check-in date. Excludes flight and service fee, if applicable.
- Cancellations outside of the 7-Day Change of Mind period will not be provided, except as required by Australian Consumer Law, your local law or as otherwise provided for in the Fine Print.
Flexible Cancellation: You can cancel your booking for credit up until 21 days before the original check-in date. This can be done via self-service in your ‘My Escapes’ account. Your credit will be valid for 12 months from the date of cancellation. Credits are not transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash. Excludes service fee, if applicable.

Date Changes: If you need to amend your booking, you can self-service unlimited date changes in your ‘My Escapes’ account up until 21 days before your original check-in date. - Daily buffet breakfast will be served from 6.30am until 10.30am at Sundial Restaurant.
- The two-course set-menu lunch or dinner is available at Vongole Restaurant.
- Lunch is from 12pm to 2pm and dinner is from 6.30pm to 10pm.
- Two-hours free-flow drinks include select cocktails, local beer, spirits, soft drinks bottle water, tea and coffee are available at Vongole Restaurant and Vongole Bar between 4pm to 6pm. Please note a wristband is required to redeem and guests can only order one drink per person at a time.
- Indulgence package free-flow is served from Vongole Restaurant from 11am to 10pm, Vongole Bar from 11am to 5pm, Scallop Bar from 12pm to 5pm and Angel Wing Bar from 2pm to 10pm. Please note a wristband is required to redeem and guests can only order one drink per person at a time.
- Please note no alcohol will be served on Buddhist religious days by the Lunar calendar year and as directed by the local government on election days or any other day as directed.
- The massages can be redeemed at Aqua Spa between 10am to 6pm. Reservations are required by contacting respa@thehavenkhaolak.com.
- The complimentary scheduled shuttle services the city centre on market days (excluding Tuesdays), departs from the hotel at 2.15pm and 4.15pm and departs the town at 4.30pm and 6.30pm, subject to change. The shuttle has limited seats and is based on first come, first served.
Return Airport Transfers Inclusions & Fine Print
- Includes: A return airport transfer, basic English-speaking driver, airport parking fee, toll fee and one bottle of water per person.
- You will be emailed an online form to book your date and time within one to two days of purchase.

- A three-passenger car can fit three pieces of luggage. A six-passenger car can fit six pieces of luggage.
- The driver will wait for a delay of up to one hour. After that point, the transfer will be considered cancelled.
